Pros:

What a wonderful 5 days. Staff was amazing, the views were spectacular and Kin-Ha breakfast and beach bar was some of the best on the island. Will be coming back again to stay!

This hotel has the most amazing view in Islas Mujeres! Hotel is anazing quiet, and romantic. We were the only guest. We stayed in the El Sol room, amazing view and from the balcony you can access the pool. The staff was amazing and prepared the best lobby coffee ever! Only bad thing was that we spent an entire day without water nor electricity due to improving the electricity in the island which is a good thing. We rented a Golf cart which is the best transportation option in the Island.

Coming back to Suenos feels like home ! Carlos and Roger always take care of our family . You cannot beat the view from the lobby and pool . It’s quaint , quiet, clean, and beautiful!!
Special shout out to Teo at Kin Ha . He took good care of us as well !

Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable of the area and had so many great recommendations. Would 1000% go again. The rooms were so beautiful, clean and big!!! Even had a great size patio 💜🏝️

Pros:

We love this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed there and it won’t be the last! Super clean and beautiful in its own way. Front desk is super helpful and free breakfast is great. Will definitely be back !

The hotel staff was great. We checked-in there was no power. We were not notified prior. Power came back on appx 7:30pm. There is an affiliation with the beach club and it's not hotels pool but, beach club pools and ocean access. It was very run down. Guests there were highly intoxicated and behavior questionable, not an environment we would have chosen to expose ourselves to. We had nowhere else to go. Staff at beach club was nice and food was decent. I think the advertisement for this hotel is a bit misleading on Expedia. The property itself has no bar and no swimming pool to use. It the adjacent public beach club with guest privilege to use. Also, several stairs and uphill walking is not an issue for us. We noticed people struggling with this. This is not a good choice for someone who may have a disability.

I like the quietness, not too much party action. Had little trouble with AC. There was no TV. Would of like to watch something towards the ending of the night, or getting ready in the mornings

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Casa de los Suenos. Free paddle board, kayak, snorkel rentals. And service was great. I needed a doctor on a Sunday, and the hotel had one there on site to see me within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here.
