Pros:

Christine in the kitchen is always very nice and attentive. She always stays busy and very friendly to her people. Nice breakfast. We have been there several times and it's always the same food tho. This time, Christine put out cut up, fresh fruit and kilbasa (sp) tho. The place is very nice, very clean, well lit.

Cons:

Surprisingly, the walls are super thin for a hotel. You would think walls would be sound proof in a hotel or atleast way thicker walls. I know, none of them are, but js. Everytime we have stayed, house keeping got irritated when I would ask for a box of tissue, bags for ice cuz they are super cheap, thin and usually have holes, extra trash bag(s) cuz we are always there 3 or 4 days. Etc None of the ones I encountered ever smiled, said thank you or you're welcome or interacted with me at all. Just, here! So housekeeping staff need better attitudes. Did not get bottles of water this time even tho everyday we saw them on their carts. Housekeeping also makes way too much noise. We can hear mostly whole conversations thru the door even with our fan on high. We also very much did not like being locked out of the building as we were loading our car right by a particular door just cuz it was 11:06 or something like that. It was very cold and very, extremely windy and we had to walk all the way around to the front while pushing that cart thing the whole way instead of leaving it outside.

The continental breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

For our family we typically like to have a separate bedroom in our room we are a family of 6 I could see they were very limited on those types of room. The room that we got was a one bedroom suite it was still pretty small but we made it work

Crazy weekend full of kids running around in thier wet suits
Pros:

Rooms were clean and they gave us a free comfy rollaway bed (comfy twin bed on base with wheels and it was already made).

Cons:

The pool area felt extremely crowded and seemed over capacity. It was difficult to take our little girl swimming with so many kids packed in at once. There was a lot of crying and yelling, and it appeared there was a birthday party happening along with several families, each with three or four children and teens. The toilet trees were Dove brand which was nice and gave us needed large trash bags. They have pet poop bags with dog treats which I thought was a nice touch and the coloring station that had crayons and coloring pages. The breakfast was very good with lots of options…biscuits n gravy and sausage was great with cute mini blueberry muffins and fresh fruit. The business center was very clean and out of the way from the craziness of kids running, crying, and yelling everywhere. The gym was crowded with children but the equipment was wet from the kids going back in forth from the pool and their no parents around in the gym due to pool being over capacity. Kids hanging out and sitting at the vending machine floor waiting to go swimming! It’s a beautiful hotel, but this weekend it was packed with too much kids due to a kids birthday! I wish we were warned about that we would’ve booked a different weekend!

Great stay out of the heat!
Pros:

The place was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very nice. My kids loved the pool! Liked having the convenience of a restaurant attached to the hotel.

Cons:

Honestly, this is not an issue with the hotel but our stay was at the same time as a HUGE group of people that kind of took over every place. The pool was crazy busy / full and the group took over the community area. The kids in the group ran down the halls with no supervision. They one good thing was that they seemed to have tired themselves out and we ended up having a quiet night of sleep. Overall, our stay was great. It was a nice reprieve from the heat of camping. We worked around the large group of people and everyone was nice.

A good place to stay
Pros:

A great room and very clean! A bit noisy at night as we could hear the parking lot and the people in the hall. Comfortable stay overall.

The breakfast was fabulous with many options for every dietary needs or restrictions! Rooms clean, quiet, comfortable and a great walking path out back. Easy access to so many stores and restaurants. Great spot to stay!
