This was our fourth time staying at this hotel and in general was a positive experience. No fault of the hotel but our first night found us on a floor with what sounded like a number of young kids running through the hall late at night. We requested adjoining rooms which we got however there was a bench blocking the door on our side and not place to live it to make the rooms accessible. The walls seemed thin- we could hear the tv in the next room.
The room itself was quite comfortable although we prefer firmer pillows than the hotel provided. Housekeeping came in to clean the room however took the bar of soap that was on the sink but failed to leave another one. Each of the other three times we were there we were greeted as Bonvoy members but not this time.
Mind you, we will keep returning to this hotel when we are in the area as we enjoy the location and have had always had positive experiences there.

Breakfast okay. Location fine.
The booking was very deceptive. I was lead to believe that breakfast was included. After multiple calls and emails with the hotel I was told I was incorrect. They said that is a common misconception with third party bookings. This soured my experience.
I stayed for just one night, and everything was smooth from booking to check-out. The room was lovely and had all the essentials — a very comfortable bed and a great shower.
The restaurant downstairs is excellent! I enjoyed a tasty vegetarian dinner, and the next morning had a delicious waffle with coffee for breakfast.
A wonderful place — highly recommend!

No tooth brush or razor in the room. No coffee pot and there was not even. a bottle of water. Otherwise room was clean and well laid.
I would rate it higher but this hotel doesn’t give free bottle of water.

The location bad front desk untidy rooms sometimes they forget to clean . Be prepared for noise and you ought not to take kids here .
The bedding was good
Food is bad , staff are rude especially Emmanuel at the front desk . No service you have to move your own luggage etc . They don’t sweep your room floors or actually change the bedding .
