Amazing Stay
Pros:

We have just returned from a 3 night's stay to celebrate my partner's Birthday.Our 1st time here at this Hotel but our 4th stay at a H10 in Barcelona.
We had such a warm welcome from Noelia- she is such a friendly face as you walk in....thank you to Danielle also for providing us with a glass of Fizz...much needed after the stress of Passport Control.
Hotel is smart and relaxing.We enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful rooftop bar( floor9).All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and friendly.
A massive thank you for the kind gesture of Fizz in the room for my partner...he was blown away by your kindness.
Thank You All who made our stay such a Welcoming one.
We will be back.

Location isn’t everything
Pros:

- wygodna czysta łazienka
- nespresso
- wygodne kontakty przy łóżku
- lokalizacja bardzo centralna, między historyczną częścią a bardziej shoppingową
- super wygłuszone okna, więc nie słychać ulicy, która jest baaaardzo głośna

Cons:

- dramatycznie głośno, zero dźwiękoszczelności wewnątrz hotelu, ściany jak z papieru, drzwi bez żadnej izolacji, w dodatku z idiotycznie uregulowanym domykiem, który sprawia, że trzaskają bardzo głośno
- bar na górze miły, chociaż w lutym jednak grzejniki gazowe by się przydały, bo wieczorem jest po prostu za zimno na siedzenie tam
- wejście do hotelu przypomina bardziej 2* hotel
- balkon to żart, po prostu żart, nie warto za to dopłacać
- brak czajnika do herbaty w pokoju
- recepcja nie ogarniała check out’u i zamawiania taksówek, totalny fail

Simply Superb
Pros:

This is a real standout hotel. We were booked here for one night by our cruise company before boarding the next day, so expectations were modest. We were wrong.

After nearly two hours clearing passport control in Barcelona, we arrived tired and slightly frazzled. Being handed a glass of Cava at check-in immediately reset the mood. A small gesture, but well judged.

We were told our allocated room was on the smaller side and were upgraded to a balcony room with a city view, which was appreciated.

Location couldn’t be better. Step outside and you’re in the middle of everything. We wandered through the city, ate well, drank well, and returned for a bottle of wine at the rooftop bar.

The decor has personality without being overdone. Small touches throughout, including jars of sweets dotted around the hotel, which is a fun detail rather than a gimmick.

Then breakfast. Genuinely excellent. Wide selection, high quality, and something for everyone without feeling chaotic.

We’ll return to Barcelona for a longer stay, and when we do, we’ll stay at H10 Universitat again.

Fantastica
Pros:

Esta é a segunda estadia neste Hotel e gostei do apartamente que fica ao res do chao. Sou idosa e a primeira vez foi dificil subir as escadas.
