Room was so clean and beautifully presented. Alot of modern touches. Bathroom was well stocked and so clean. Welcome cookied was a nice touch too. Staff were only too happy to help with anything we needed.
Only very small complaint was waiting on the lift as staff also used the lift. It could take a while if the cleaners used it to bring down the trolley

Diciamo che non è un grande problema, ma considerando i tantissimi turisti italiani che frequentano Barcellona, il fatto che nessuno alla reception parli la nostra lingua è quantomeno strano. Il catalano si comprende comunque molto bene e sono tutti disponibili nel cercare di farsi capire. Colazione a mio avviso ottima, ma non superlativa (ogni tanto potrebbero proporre qualcosa di diverso).
Unico punto dolente è stato il materasso, che ha causato qualche dolore alla schiena sia a me che a mia moglie, perchè un po' troppo morbido rispetto alle nostre abitudini.
