Wonderful
Pros:

The house was very clean and spacious, located in a lovely area. The beach is just a short walk away. We definitely plan to come back!

Pros:

Appartamento grande a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia. Camera matrimoniale molto spaziona! Utensili da cucina presenti. Bel giardino dove la nostra bimba poteva giocare. Abbiamo anche potuto usufruire di omnrellone e seggiole per la spiaggia!

Cons:

Mancavano delle retine per zanzare alle finestre, cosi non abbiamo quasi mai potuto aprire le finestre senno avevamo la casa piena.
Cucina un po poco fornita (2 bustine di olio e aceto) un piccolo campioncino di detersino per piatti, niente sale, zucchero.

Pros:

Il giardino é bellissimo, i segiolini per la spiaggia sono ottimi, la sala é spaziosa, la cucin, i bagno é funzionava bene, i letti sono comodi. I proprietari sono disponibili. Il supermercato Despar é vicono. La spiaggia Sa Capanizza siamo andati dove si trova parcheggio per i diabili.

Cons:

Le lamette della tapparella in bagno non si poteva regolare. In cameretta erano sempre chiuse le lamette, non si poteva regolare per niente. Mancava l'aria la notte in cameretta. L'aria condizionata posizionata verso la cameretta, non si poteva lasciare aperta.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympa.Mais malgré tout leurs efforts pour essayer de nous faire plaisir nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit même si au départ nous avions réservé et payé pour 3 nuits, car nous n'avons pas aimé les environs mais surtout nous avons eu du mal avec la chaleur qui faisait dans l'appartement, en plus la climatisation est dans la chambre et il fallait laisser ouvert tout le temps pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur dans le salon.On était avec nos enfants que nous avons fait dormir dans la chambre avec nous par terre sur le matelas du clic clac sinon impossible de dormir en plein milieu du mois d'août.

Cons:

Dommage le système de clé qui allume et éteint la climatisation dès qu'on sort de l' appartement.
Très mauvaises odeurs des égouts dès qu'on traverse le petit pont qui mène à la plage d'côté.

Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!
Pros:

1) Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns eine Dame sehr freundlich empfangen und uns zu unseren zwei Appartements persönlich begleitet und uns diese gezeigt.
2) Kochgeschirr in sehr gutem Zustand und ausreichend Kochutensilien vorhanden
3) Highlight: die Außendusche; 100 zu 1 im Vergleich zu einem dampfenden Badezimmer. :)
4) Waschmaschine war sauber und es gab Tabs für 2 Waschgänge
5) Natürlicher Sichtschutz durch Pflanzen und Sträucher zwischen den Appartements/Bungalows
6) Vermieter hat umgehend auf Kontaktaufnahme bei Anliegen reagiert
7) Konnten uns bei Bedarf melden wenn uns etwas im Appartement gefehlt hat. zB Toaster
8) Pro Appartement standen zwei neuwertige Strandsessel und zwei Strandschirme zur Verfügung. Auch der Austausch eines Strandschirmes (nachdem dieser kaputt wurde), erfolgte umgehend.
9) optimaler Parkplatz
10) Geschäft und Apotheke in 10 bis 15 Gehminuten erreichbar

Cons:

Aufpreis für Handtücher.
In einem Zimmer waren die Matratzen so weich, dass man die Federn beim liegen spüren konnte.

Very nice stay. We wish to come back!
Pros:

The house is spacious and features a large terrace in a fantastic location—just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Spiaggia di Budoni beach. The hosts, Viola and Marika, were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. They welcomed us with warm smiles and offered helpful recommendations on places to visit and things to do. They also kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and responded promptly to any needs we had.

Cons:

The spring mattresses in the smaller bedroom are quite soft and not very comfortable for our kids, but they were able to sleep through nights.

We felt good in the quiet of this residence!

Lovely shalets, with views over the hills and beach.
Pros:

Lovely shalets, well kept and an ideal base for travelling around, staff were so helpful and attentive. Everything was clean and functional.
