Aria condizionata a pagamento 10 euro al giorno nonostante ben specificato inclusa nei servizi

Bij het inchecken was ons verteld dat wanneer we de airco niet zouden gebruiken we er niet voor hoefden te betalen. We kregen een afstand bediening mee en ze zouden kunnen zien als we de airco gebruikt hadden. We hebben de airco niet gebruikt. ik bracht de afstandsbediening na 4 dagen terug en ik zei dat ik de airco niet had gebruikt. Moest ik er toch voor betalen. Dit terwijl bovenstaande tegen mij gezegd was. Er werd toen tegen mij gezegd dat dit niet zo was. We voelen ons gewoon in de maling genomen. ik las ook in de reviews dat dit ook eerder is gebeurd. We zijn dus in de maling genomen voor 4x €10. Jammer dat er over de rug van gasten zo geld wordt afgetroggeld!

Arredamento datato ma funzionale.
Andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione in alcuni punti e cambiato qualche mobile.
Il nostro era un superior, era già un po' ristrutturato e ampio.
Il bagno andrebbe un po' rimodernato, soprattutto la doccia. ( ora con tenda...).
Consiglio di cercare di far rispettare le ore di silenzio del primo pomeriggio, perché alcuni ospiti maleducati urlavano in piscina anche alle 2 del pomeriggio.

The extra charged AC... It is written in the description. Yes, but then they explain at check-in that once you check out, they can see how many days you used it and that you pay for that.
I used mine only for 2 days but still had to pay for 7. It's not much, but still, the exchange at check-out was annoying for an overall a nice stay.

Not a good place to stay for a short time. No soap or other cleaning products, no garbage bags, no kettle, no shower control

There's is WiFi, but it's so bad that you have no reception in your accommodation. The doorhandle from our front door was broken and there are no locks on the doors. We called the reception right away to ask about the doors. The maintenance guy arrived swiftly after the call and he pointed our the cabin hooks on the door. That's the only kind of lock these doors have...

The apartments are also really thin-walled. Every morning we were woken up by a screaming child. We could hear the chairs being moved and follow nearly every conversation.

On top of that the costumer service is awful. My grandfather passed away so we had to leave earlier to be able to attend the funeral. I called the reception and they didn't want to give back my money, so I called Booking. Booking's service was fast and good: they told me that they'd take care of it. Residence Magnolia only needed to sign a form and then I would get my money back. I was later informed that the property refused to sign the form. I could get a voucher for the next year, which would be only used by a reservation of more than 300eu.

When checking out, the guy at the reception showed no empathy nor sympathy. He even lied to us and said that Booking didn't want to pay up when in reality they are the ones not willing to cooperate. This made me mad. I understand how policies work, I can understand that you're not allowed to give money back but don't lie.

After these poor experiences at Residence Magnolia, I'm definitely not coming back.

Even though my reservation had air condition I was informed at arrival that it’s available but for extra fee 10€per day. I took it with the receptionist and shown that there’s nothing about it in the booking I’ve chose. He was very convinced that they mentioned it SOMEWHERE on the website and it applies to everyone. We ended up with him saying he will contact the manager and for sure find a solution. The solution was to never contact us again.
