Piscina quentinha com borda infinita e vista pra paisagem do lago
Nos alojamos cinco noches y tuvimos una excelente experiencia.
El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, excelentes instalaciones y está muy prolijo y limpio.
La habitación fue muy cómoda y amplia, con hidromasaje y lindas vistas, algo que disfrutamos mucho durante la estadía.
Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre muy amable, cordial y predispuesto. El desayuno es muy completo y está muy bien organizado.
La pileta in-out es, sin dudas, uno de los grandes atractivos del hotel y uno de los puntos que más disfrutamos.
En definitiva, una excelente opción para alojarse en Bariloche. Sin dudas, volveríamos.

Excelente hotel, com quarto confortável e muito amplo. Banheiro excelente, sem a famosa banheira no chuveiro. Lavabo separado com bancada grande. Café da manhã muito bom. Os funcionários são ótimos. Localização excelente, perto de tudo, mas fora da muvuca do centro.
O hotel é bem grande, então o quarto que ficamos era no prédio mais longe da base. Na chuva e na neve é bem incômodo descer e subir toda hora é bem cansativo também porque é super íngreme.

El restaurante, pocas opciones, para niños y adultos mayores. Personal muy cerrado a cambios y no hacen favores, rectos en sus decisiones.
El baño incomodo para subir y bajarse de esa bañera sin ayudas y ese videt ya no se usa.
Pileta fría, para estar en invierno
Y …… traslado en van a la habitación tampoco es cómodo para personas mayores, pero ahí si talvez no fue la mejor opción .
Excelente conforto, piscina aquecida deliciosa com vista para o lago, comida do restaurante muito boa. Atendimento excelente!
