Good location bad service. I was traveling with my grandson. Will NEVER book with them again.

Cons:

Receptionist was on their cell phone when working with another client. Seemed very unprofessional and impolite. Room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Buttons on the air conditioner didn't work and we didn't see the thermostat on the wall until the next morning. But even if we had seen the thermostat right away, the room met us with a very musty smell. Opposite of what I expect when I walk into a hotel room.

Not clean, mold in the bathroom. Dead flies near the window in the lobby, dirty carpets, dirty microwave, dirty and moldy pool, pool bottom peeling up, no maid service during the entire stay of 7 days, had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc due to no one checking rooms. Old mattresses. Used to be a well run Marriott, but now run by Sonesta with little staff, not clean. Nothing cleaned, repaired or updated since bought by Sonesta since 2024.

Pros:

部屋が広くてキレイだった。カウチベットもあって良かった。インドアプール。

Cons:

トイレが詰まって、フロントに行ったら、プランジャー🪠を渡されて自分で直すスタイルだった。すぐ渡されたので、多分よく起こる事なんだろうなと感じた。
朝ごはんはワッフルがあれば良かったな。
コーヒーも薄くて、ホットフードはドライだった。種類があまりないのが残念。

The pool needs to be resealed..I cut my foot just from the bottom of pool.. BREAKFAST???????? I HIT A BISCUIT THEY SEREVED WAS SOOOOO HARD HARD DRY EXPLODED INTO DUST... I WAS SOOOOO EMBARRASSED.. .VERY HORRIBLE BREAKFAST... NEVER AGAIN.. this happened on 06.27.2026

I will never stay here again and probably never another Sonesta Essential again.

The location was very convenient. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed here 3 years ago when it was a courtyard Marriott and it was fine. Now as a Sonesta Essential, it was filthy. Our room had made beds but that was about it. Thick dust on every surface. Pet hair all over. Sticky bathroom doorknobs. Large crumbs on the desk, bedside table and fridge area.

We asked for a different room and it was much better but still not clean. There were blood stains on the carpet and significant mold behind the toilet. Even though the beds were technically comfortable, I was not comfortable enough to sleep.
