Pros:

It was nice and clean

Cons:

We arrived late and the front desk guy said since we wasn’t there by 3am it’s possible my reservation would be cancelled. I didn’t understand that also they made me pay $100 deposit and I haven’t received it back yet

Great hotel for a stop over.

Poorly maintained. Everything was filthy. Room smelled awful. There was hair in the tub and toilet.

This was a nice place to stay for a night but customer service was very poor.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the pool was great for the kids.

Cons:

When I arrived no one was at the front desk and there wasn’t a buzzer to page someone. We waited almost 15 minutes for someone to show up. The front desk was never staffed.
The breakfast was super basic and not much choice.

Not clean.
Pros:

The rooms where good size.

Cons:

When we got to our room the tub had rust all around the drain. The floor had head bands and earrings from the people before. Just not very clean.
