It’s a quite clean place, family friendly, near the beach, near the mall, public transport is walking distance.
Lokalizacja, przemiła pani w barze przy basenie
Miałam zarezerwowane dwa pokoje dla 4 osób, prosiłam wcześniej o możliwość wcześnego zameldowania, do hotelu dotarliśmy przed 10 rano, rozumiem że może się nie dało przygotować pokojów wcześniej, ale że o 15.10 dostaliśmy tylko jeden pokój, a na drugi jeszcze trzeba było czekać pół godziny, to już nieporozumienie. Okno w w pokoju na 10 piętrze otwierało się na szeroko, tak że można było wypaść, nie zostawiano wody w pokoju, jeden dzień w ogóle nie posprzątano, musieliśmy się prosić o ręczniki.
Dodatkowo przychodząc raz do pokoju po zwiedzaniu Barcelony zastaliśmy otwarty pokój, sprzątaczka go nie zamknęła, jest to dla mnie nie do pomyślenia, żeby w hotelu z 4* były takie warunki, zdecydowanie odradzam.
The staff in 13th floor didnt serve us ovsr 15 min. And we were sitring right infornt od barman

There were no streaming services on tv, didn't work at all. Also tv remote buttons didn't work properly.

It had so much to offer, gym, swimming pool, etc.
It was far away from everything, but nothing that a quick tram ride couldn’t fix

The staff is super nice!
The breakfast was incredible when we went, the food was super fresh, and there was so much choice. We loved the sky-bar, although drinks were very expensive, especially for a hotel bar, but they were delicious. Our room was comfortable, loved the bathroom, but the mattress was a little hard to sleep on. Staff were super nice and always attentive, and whenever we asked for extras like towels, they were on it right away.
The mattress was a bit hard, although I know that some people love that. The conditioner/lotion in the room wasn't great quality either, but luckily we bought our own. They could definitely do with an upgrade!
