Buen hospedaje pero caro para su calidad

El desayuno increíble y el personal del desayuno tambien, la ubicación está bien, cercana del metro y tranvía a 20-35 min del centro de Barcelona

Cons:

La relación precio y calidad deja bastante que desear, el personal de recepción algo distante, frío y muy lento. La habitación huele mucho a humedad, el servicio de aseo terrible, mal aseo, no reponian toallas e incluso tuve que utilizar una toalla con un hoyo.

Awful, do not stay here
Pros:

How close it was to my competition and the cleaning lady, Helly.

Cons:

The customer service was absolutely horrible and things were taken from the room. The room was unsafe, and nothing was done about any of this. AC was broken during 31° heat. Got heat rash. Shower door never closed
