La ubicación instalaciones y la disposición de las habitaciones del hotel es lo mejor. El personal es muy amable y cordial.

Cons:

Estaban sin tv, problema que no se solucionó en los 4 días de hospedaje. Otro punto muy mal es que cobren una garantía de 10.000 pesos por una toalla para la piscina, primera vez que veo un cobro por eso.

Mucho ruido
Pros:

Camas cómodas y sábanas suaves. Muy bien.

Cons:

No hay conciencia del ruido para el descanso. Entiendo que las mucamas deben realizar su trabajo, pero desde las 8am comienzan a pasar los carros del aseo que realmente hacen mucho ruido, es como si pasara un tren y te despierta. Por otro lado, tuve la mala suerte de que una moto (ruidosa) también encendió su motor muy temprano y lo tuvo así por mucho rato antes de irse. Buscaba descanso y no lo encontré.

Pros:

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, desayuno y la piscina.

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy edionda a encierro, horrible de calurosa, no tienen aire acondicionado solo cuentan con un ventilador manual que no ayuda mucho.
La habitación tiene alfombra muy poco higiénico, creo que nunca la han limpiado.
Tienen tv donde se ve solo 6 canales y con interferencia.
No cuentan con ducha teléfono, sale de forma explosiva el agua.
No me gustó mi alojamiento, carisimo para lo que es.
El hotel se quedó en el pasado, lo mantienen pero todo es muy antiguo, le falta un poco de mejoras en infraestructura.
