Tiene habitaciones qué colindan el sistema de generación eléctrica y del propio hotel y el ruido y vibración es molesto En las habitaciones cercanas a él.
Pedí cambio de habitación y no me la dieron.

Las piezas amplias y con frigobar. Limpias y con todo lo necesario. Piscina espectacular, espacios para estacionamiento. Desayuno variado y abundante. Todo genial

Cons:

Los primeros dos días el desayuno se retrasó más de 15 minutos de la hora estipulada. Luego corrigieron.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, centro da cidade, possibilita circular a pé por toda a cidade.

Cons:

Camas e traveseiros, nesta viagem passei por diversos hoteis, pelo valor pago na nesta hospedagem esperava camas melhores e principalmente travesseiros melhores, solicitei para substituir mas fui informado que não tinham. Tive que improvisar um com um casaco, pois era impossível ter conforto com os fornecidos pela acomodação.

Ótima hospedagem!
Pros:

O Hotel é ótimo. Muito bem localizado, ótima estrutura. A piscina salvou nas tardes. Fui em janeiro- calor de dia e piscina geladinha, tudo de bom. A equipe é atenciosa e muito correta. Só ficar atento às regras do estabelecimento e não haverá quaisquer problemas. Adorei a hospedagem e voltaria, sem pensar duas vezes.

Cómodo, buena ubicación, familiar, limpio, desayunos ricos
Pros:

La ubicación: Me encanta que esté cerca de todo.
Desayuno: Espectacular, muy ordenado, rico y variado
Piscina: La disfrutamos mucho con mi familia todos los días
Personal: Muchas gracias a los recepcionistas que respondieron a todas las preguntas antes y mientras alojábamos se preocuparon de ofrecernos su ayuda en caso que lo necesitáramos, además no pusieron problemas en guardar el equipaje antes y despues del check in

Cons:

Fui por segunda vez, y las dos veces el alojamiento me costó mucho más del valor que había planificado.
Si no fuera por esa diferencia entre lo que uno reserva a lo que paga, le pondría nota 10 de 10

San Pedro sehr gerne wieder aber nicht in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, auch nette Auswahl für gluten & laktose intolerante.
Pool ist gross und erfrischend.
Lage direkt im herzen von San Pedro.

Cons:

Die Türen und Wände sind so dünn das man alles hört.
Wenn jemand morgens um 4 Uhr eine tour hat duscht man quasi mit ihm mit.
Jedes Türe zumachen ist ein riesen Knall und man wacht auf.
Nach der ersten Nacht mussten wir für ein upsale disskutieren.
Bis auf eine nette Dame aus Brasilien die an der Rezeption arbeitet fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich Willkommen.

Ich weiss Chinesische Gruppen sind nicht einfach zu beherbergen. leider gab es einige von ihnen. Jedoch muss man nicht seine frustration an anderen Gästen uslassen.
Ein bisschen professionalität wäre angebracht für den Preis, auch wenn man in Chile in der Wüste ist.

Zimmer sind runter gekommen, als Türstopper hat es Schrauben im Boden, an welchen man sich verletzten kann.

Wasserunterbruch für einen Nachmittag und Abend.

Pros:

Ubicación y espacio para nuestro grupo. Tranquilidad y cercania.

Cons:

Es algo que no tiene que ver con el lugar, pero como andábamos en auto y es cercano al centro, dábamos muchas vueltas para poder ingresar al estacionamiento, pero es por las regulaciones de tránsito de San Pedro.
