Location was convenient. Liked that it was near restaurants. Fitness facilities also good. Hotel staff friendly.
Room was clean.
Hilton Honors member. I picked room 219 because I have MG (myathenia gravis) neuromuscular disease that doesn't allow me to walk very far. Room 219 right off elevator. I ended up with room 402 which is wayyyy at the end of the hall. NOT HAPPY. Desk clerk had no idea how that happened. Didn't offer anything else. Sad. Then the bathroom door was SO squeeky I'm sure everyone on the floor heard it. Shower didn't have hand-held nozzle. Disappointed about that. Ice machine on our floor did not WORK either. Should I go on????
Great staff! Everyone from the front desk to house keeping is truly the reason I continue to come back. They are so pleasant and friendly!
The staff was extremely short with everyone. Calling to get towels or a blanket and they said that housekeepers were gone so they had none.
My son was sick and we had no extra blankets or towels. It was awful.
Ran out of pool towels frequently and when I told the desk they weren't very concerned
Unfortunately breakfast was not available. We especially liked the HVAC system as the fan could run throughout the night without cutting off every 5j/6 minutes.
Even without breakfast we would have enjoyed small pastries or rolls to go with our coffee.
Very nice ..
Nice and cozy
Great staff, very friendly and welcoming! We will be back!!
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Attitude We’ve Experienced
We stayed at this hotel for a tournament and had a very disappointing experience. We drive and stay in different hotels every month, and this was by far the worst attitude and service we have ever encountered.
When we arrived, I politely requested a quiet room, but was told there was no guarantee because the hotel was sold out, which I could understand. Later that night, the room was too cold to sleep, so I asked for an extra blanket and was told there were none available.
Because the tournament’s final round didn’t start until 3 p.m. on Sunday, I asked for a late checkout—even offering to pay extra. The front desk lady told me it might be possible until 1 p.m., but asked me to come back the next morning to confirm. However, the next morning the man at the desk refused immediately, saying 18 people had already requested late checkout, and he didn’t consider my offer to pay by the hour.
What made everything worse was the rude and dismissive attitude at every step. On a snow day, when we had a 3-hour drive home, I simply wanted enough time to prepare safely, yet the staff made the situation unnecessarily stressful.
For the price we paid and the circumstances we faced, the lack of basic hospitality was unacceptable, not professional for such a big Hilton brand. We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but this was truly the most disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
Update:
We were here for the tournament when my daughter suddenly experienced significant bleeding from a pyogenic granuloma on her face, requiring immediate emergency care. I had already packed up and was preparing to leave the hotel, but when she came to me bleeding from the tournament floor, we returned to the room briefly to wash her face and apply a bandage. A cleaning staff member saw us and understood it was an emergency.
However, the front desk, upon hearing that we had briefly re-entered the room, charged us a full additional night without notifying me. When I tried to explain that this was an emergency situation, the front desk staff refused to listen, acted extremely cold toward me, and simply told me to call the manager the next day. There was absolutely no compassion, no attempt to understand, and no flexibility—even though we stayed only a very short time due to a medical emergency.
Charging a full extra night under these circumstances, combined with the dismissive attitude, shows a complete lack of professionalism or basic hospitality. This final incident confirmed how poorly this hotel treats its guests, even in urgent situations.
Full breakfast voucher. Comfortable quiet rooms! Staff was curious and helpful. They opened up the spa for me one evening.
There were no criticism!
Stayed here Nov 2025 for attendance at a Flyball Seminar. The front desk staff on Friday and Saturday evening was exceptional. She had my dog and I checked in quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, a youth hockey team was also staying there the same weekend. I had a 1st floor room to make it easier with the dog. The kids were roaming the halls until after 1am. Saturday night was some sort of rock’n baby shower in one of their rental rooms. It was cut short at 10pm but again kids roaming the halls past midnight. I did notify the staff in the morning. Overall it was an overpriced visit for the hotel it is.
