Check in took forever.

It was ok. Better than nothing.

Cons:

All the people in the pool with no wristbands. No wheely cars to load luggage. Did know the wristbands were extra. No ice only floor 1

Nice room, large hot tub, pool was far too cold.
Cons:

The main pool was freezing (pretty much unswimable) the first day and very cold the second. We stayed there for the water park so this was disappointing.

It wasn't really clean & th e y were not on t op of making sure breakfast was refilled in timely manner ,, never no towels in pool area no matter how many times we asked for towels in pool area , the room was cleaned on top ser ice , no deep cleaning wh e n we arrived
