A memorable and comfortable stay, made even better by the hotel’s hospitality and outstanding staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Sirkeci. The hotel is in a great location, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely prepared. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary items provided in the room, which added a welcoming touch to our stay.

The staff were very kind, professional, and always ready to help. Ugur, in particular, made our stay extra special by providing helpful information about the area and Istanbul in general. During the evening shift, both Ugur and Berat were always welcoming, smiling, and made us feel comfortable every time we entered or left the hotel. In the morning shift, Rabia and Ersin showed the same kindness and hospitality, always greeting us warmly and making sure we felt well taken care of.

The hotel also kindly offered us free breakfast during our stay, which we truly appreciated. On the second night, our room had a water leak from the air conditioning that needed attention, but the staff handled it immediately and changed our room right away. Any time we asked for something, it was delivered quickly and with a positive attitude.

Overall, it was an amazing experience. The combination of a comfortable room, excellent service, and genuinely welcoming staff made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

It was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Sirkeci. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They gave excellent recommendations and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. I would especially like to recognize Sebahat and Berta-Sevde for their outstanding service.

The location is extremely convenient—many of Istanbul’s major attractions are within about a 10-minute walk, yet the hotel is nicely tucked away from the noisy streets, which made it very comfortable and restful.

Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options each morning. I also appreciated the thoughtful gestures, including the daily freshly baked cookies and the welcome fruit platter.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was that the bathroom did not seem to have ventilation.
