Enjoyable, comfortable and productive
Pros:

Enjoyable stay with my family.
Very polite staff across the hotel, breakfast healthy and various.
The reception really helpful end to end support, Rabia Sebahat supported us also via Whatsapp from the first moment and was really prompt, trustworthy as well.
The location is just perfect, we made all the sites in the old town by foot, with 8 year old boy; approximately 10,000 productive steps daily, you are in it here.

A friendly recommendation to the management is to invest in better couches in the room, it's not comfortable for sleep at all, and not stable much.

The room has no soundproofing at all. I can hear everything the people next door are saying. It’s awful.very very bad ecperinence！I can hear everything clearly—outside the window, the next room, and even outside the door.
I don’t know why this is even considered a hotel room.
What’s the difference between staying here and sleeping on the street?

Отличная локация, все в пешей доступности. Достаточно хорошие завтраки, в номере и при въезде комплимент от отеля (фрукты, печенье, сувенир). Удобные подушки для сна. Внимательный персонал на ресепшен.

Cons:

Сам номер уставший, отсутствовали халаты. Ужасная слышимость соседей за стеной, пожалуй, самый главный минус.

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Sirkeci, Istanbul. Fatih greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional courtesy at check-in—he kindly upgraded us and even included complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely surprise.

On check-out, Sebahat’s service was equally wonderful. She allowed us a late check-out until the evening, as our flight wasn’t until 21:00, which made a huge difference to our comfort.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many amenities and major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar and Galata Bridge. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere of the place was really pleasant. The bar area was especially impressive; the cocktails were very delicious and carefully prepared. The staff were attentive and friendly, and special thanks to Emin for taking great care of us. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.
