What a difference a smile makes. We were weary travellers greeted with such genuine warmth from Ugur on night reception that our fatiguing journey faded away. Ugur was efficient and professional and showed exceptional kindness. The room was very generous and the bathroom exceptionally so too. The amount of lighting options was a treat. We hadn’t stayed in Sikerci before and found it to be the best location in Sultan Ahmet being close to the all the landmarks as well as beautiful gardens and the bridge. Artisanal shops abound.
We didn’t like that we didn’t stay long enough to check out the gym, pool or spa :(
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.
Es wurde während unserem Aufenthalt an einem Abend ein Evakuierungsalarm ausgelöst der uns aufforderte, das Hotel sofort zu verlassen. Draussen teilte uns eine Mitarbeiterin mit, dass es ein Fehlalarm war. Zurück im Zimmer ging der Alarm wieder los. Ich finde es problematisch, wenn nach einem Fehlalarm keine offizielle Durchsage kommt, damit man sich keine Sorgen machen muss.

The reception really helpful end to end support, Rabia Sebahat supported us also via Whatsapp from the first moment and was really prompt, trustworthy as well.
The location is just perfect, we made all the sites in the old town by foot, with 8 year old boy; approximately 10,000 productive steps daily, you are in it here.
A friendly recommendation to the management is to invest in better couches in the room, it's not comfortable for sleep at all, and not stable much.
The room has no soundproofing at all. I can hear everything the people next door are saying. It’s awful.very very bad ecperinence！I can hear everything clearly—outside the window, the next room, and even outside the door.
I don’t know why this is even considered a hotel room.

Отличная локация, все в пешей доступности. Достаточно хорошие завтраки, в номере и при въезде комплимент от отеля (фрукты, печенье, сувенир). Удобные подушки для сна. Внимательный персонал на ресепшен.
Сам номер уставший, отсутствовали халаты. Ужасная слышимость соседей за стеной, пожалуй, самый главный минус.

On check-out, Sebahat’s service was equally wonderful. She allowed us a late check-out until the evening, as our flight wasn’t until 21:00, which made a huge difference to our comfort.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many amenities and major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar and Galata Bridge. Highly recommended!
