We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Pros:

This is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Istanbul's tourist district. We especially liked the staff, who were extremely polite upon check-in. The receptionist, Rabia, was very attentive when choosing rooms, and we were offered a complimentary breakfast. During breakfast, we met a charming Circassian hotel employee, Sevda. She made our breakfast special with her attentiveness. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

We had an amazing experience here, were arrived late due to a late flight and the staff were extremely accommodating, we were upgraded for free and they were very prompt with our requests. Arjin ,Erjin, sebahat and hamza were absolutely lovely and helped make our stay absolutely perfect. I cannot highly recommend, the hospitality alone is more than enough reason to stay here.

A perfectly located hotel with outstanding staff who made an already excellent stay truly memorable.
Pros:

Excellent central location with the tram just two minutes away, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque within a 10 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff. Arjin, Sebahat, Sevde and Ersin were all exceptional; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help with attractions and transport around Istanbul.

Cons:

Nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Ersin и Sebahot на ресепшен и Sevde на завтраке очень вежливы и внимательны, расположение отеля для осмотра основных достопримечательностей в старом городе отличное.

Cons:

В номере нет посуды (стаканы, бокалы, вилка, ложка, открывашка), в ванной комнате осталось загадкой куда ставить зубные щетки(нет стаканов).
