The breakfast was ok as was location to city centre
Marks in bed sheet in arrival, dust on cupboard and debris under the bed. There was only handwashing in the bathroom to use in the shower which was grubby, the tap flow on the sink was just a trickle as well. All in all room was bad, could r have stayed more than one night. The lock on door didn’t seem to work and where looked like it had a chain this was also removed and not present

Well small room and expensive
The room is very clean and the bed is really soft. I have a conference at the University of Manchester, and it's just a couple of block walk. Overall, worth staying.
I think 2 pm check in is a bit late.
Very comfy bed, nice breakfast apart from the 1st one as it wasnt busy it wasnt a buffet, it was brought up plated and microwaved and awful.
A few members of staff were rude

The location is very convenient, especially for the price. The staff were all really nice.
Nothing major. The hotel could do with a few repairs and decorating here and there, as it felt neglected in places. No plug sockets near the bed, and my TV remote hardly worked. Nothing too serious, especially for the price.

It’s very run down these days and it’s not the cleanest of hotels for the price you pay
Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower

The flush of the toilet fell off immediately, I went to make a cup of tea and the lid fell off, I am not a smoker but found filters lying around the room, there was also dust on the shelf
The price versus what you get was definitely off
There are much better choices in the area. I wouldn't stay here again

The staff is was ruined it for me an my sister.. need more training in people pleasing.. very dull and it was bringing our mood down.. no smiles or little chit chat .. everything else was great apart from the staff.. far too robotic and serious
