Pros:

The location is great. The room was clean and tidy, even if a bit dated.

Cons:

The table in the room was scuffed pretty badly. The sink in the bathroom was partially blocked. Only one roll of toilet paper in the toilet. No plug outlets near the bed.

Building get very hot very easily. No Air con. Breakfast wasn’t worth eating if it was free.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, I advised I have allergies when we came down to breakfast the chef cooked me some sausages specifically for me and the staff also provided the best Gluten free bread I've ever come across.

Staff made it a nice experience
Pros:

Breakfast was good, all the staff were friendly, the garden cafe was really good

Cons:

Room was a little small but it’s only to sleep in. If two people were to be stuck in the room together it would have been uncomfortable

Convenient for attending a conference in the hotel

Cons:

Very poor value for money. The room was very expensive but small, noisy and depressing. Could hear the noise of the lift and noise from the garden bar below. Window didn't shut properly. Light wasn't working.
