Didn't like it
Tried charging 250$ deposit making total stay over $500. The guy at front desk was rude we didn't even stay
Our room smelled bad. AC was noisy and didn't work very good. Suspect mold. Front door was difficult to find.
It was a really dirty place. Ac won’t turn off. Smelt horrible. Bugs on the window. Bed stained of bleach. Rust and dirt in the bathroom. Breakfast has no good food and no juice. Whole place smells bad. I only took two pictures but this hotel is dirty.
Easy booking directly with hotel. Easy quick check in. Courteous and accommodating staff. Clean room. Good coffee in breakfast room. Good experience. Great rate! Highly recommend. Just off 61.

Front entrance very awkward for using luggage cart

Kicked me out after I fell and cracked my head in hard surface lobby floor. Bleeding and he did nothing. Taken by ambulance to hospital, got stitched up and released quickly. When I returned to hotel I was told I had to leave and then it cost $750 to clean the room. A big lie. When I returned to the hotel, my taxi drivers went to the room and picked up my stuff. Nothing had been touched. but they still charge me $300 for cleaning which was total bullshit and $150 for the room even though they didn’t let me stay I have asked for a refund and have not heard if they don’t do it they are going to be suited for a lot of money enough to maybe put them out of business. The manager was a foreigner. I’m not sure what nationality maybe Pakistani or Arab. His wife also worked there and was very nice. feel sorry for her being married to this insensitive, nasty jerk do not stay here supposed to be a discount hotel but the rates they charge me $100 for the first night and $150 for the next night plus some extras. Shit hole.
Everything was good.
They were remodeling, my room had a desk chair, but no desk. The phone was sitting on the desk chair, one light didn't work, one of the walls wasn't finished, bed was pretty high off the ground, shower head was good for someone who stood 4ft tall ( I'm 5ft-8in), tv wasn't plugged in, a/c wasn't the best, breakfast was sub-par, the toilet sat so close to the ground that it was really difficult to stand back up, bathroom was very small and trying to take a shower was almost impossible especially if you are closterphobic ( no room in the shower, couldn't even turn around without thinking you were going to fall out of it).
No blankets, shower curtain. Dead bugs in the shower, the mirror was dirty, the refrigerator had sticky stuff on the bottom. The back door didn't lock. Breakfast was a joke!

I appreciated that we were able to stay somewhere on short notice.
The property is situated on a hill/incline which makes entry a bit challenging with luggage. Once inside, you realize that there is no elevator. Normally not a problem but when you are tired with heavy luggage, it’s nice to not have to navigate stairs.
Our first room was blowing hot air through the air conditioner, luckily the kind host was able to put us in another room.
Although the hotel advertised breakfast, it basically amounted to a carb option and coffee.
The hotel served a purpose but did not meet or exceed expectations.

Upon arrival, it seemed "ghetto", then I went in to check in, decided after about 1 minute, was too ghetto for me.
Nothing I have a video and it won’t load.
I went to my room and there were roaches. When I told them I would not be staying another person came up and said there were roaches in their room as well.
The Super 8 in Hannibal, MO is 2 thumbs up my favorite so far in my cross country travels! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was b/c I heard the traffic all night long! It's very close to the busy highway. I would have enjoyed a room on the opposite side of the hotel, away from the busy highway! But I did not have a reservation as I had hoped to get a bit further down the road that night & was given a fabulous room! It was beautiful! So, maybe 4.5 stars?
