The staff who welcomed us at the entrance were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with many of the city's main attractions within easy walking distance. I also enjoyed the tea in the room, and the view was beautiful.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing. When we asked for assistance with a few requests, we were told that because we had booked through a third-party platform (Booking.com) rather than directly through the hotel, they were unable to help us. We felt this response lacked the level of customer service we expected, as all guests should receive the same care and attention regardless of how they made their reservation.

В номере не было тапочек. Многократные обращения на ресепшен не дали результатов. Суток не хватило персоналу, чтобы эту проблему решить. Выбирая этот отель будьте уверены, что вам придется ходить босиком по холодным полам.
Стойка регистрации на 7 этаже, выход на улицу только через лифт 7 этажа, то есть на каком бы этаже вы не жили вам придется пользоваться двумя лифтами.
Зашли в отель-поднимаетесь на 7 этаж- проходите по длинному коридору- вызываете лифт и едете на свой. Обратно все в точности наоборот. В случае пожара не представляю как можно будет быстро покинуть помещение.
Депозит не вернули сославшись на отсутствие ответственного сотрудника. Дали визитку с номером телефона с просьбой позвонить ему и самим договариваться когда он сможет это сделать. Так что быстро перед вылетом , вам вряд ли удастся забрать свой депозит. Рассчитывайте время.

It takes two different elevators to get to your room.
Our room was particularly confortable.
Service was above all below our expectations. A lot of left overs by the pool, the transportation was unavailable, specially for the return from Bocceli concert. Considering there were a good number of guests that attended this event, there should have been from the hotel de availabilty of transportation in and out
Location.
We were on the 4th floor. We had to take the elevator to the 7th floor walk across to the other side to take another elevator to get to our room. Very annoying.
Poor WiFi. No option to cast from Netflix or other platforms. No iron only a steamer?
All staff were lovely and friendly. Location is hard to beat.

Unfortunately, no TV signal in room for entirety of stay. From what staff said, this may have been a week. Normally wouldn’t have minded, but unable to watch the World Cup matches. However, TV seemed to work fine in the bar?? Not really good enough for a hotel with 5 stars.
La réceptionniste du 2ème jour nous a vraiment comblés en rattrapant le travail de son collègue. Super emplacement.
La première chambre ne correspondait pas à la catégorie demandée la salle de bain impraticable pour 2 personnes rien pour poser ni accrocher et surface totale qui à mon avis ne fait pas 27 m2.
Obligé de changer pour les 2 nuits suivantes. Je me demande si les hôteliers donnent au clients booking les meilleures chambres ?????Méfiance.
