Only thing they could add is to clean the outside table on the cabin patio...because the food crumbs attracted the mosquitos.
I stayed in a lodge for on night with my husband and daughter. The hotel and lodges were excellent with lovely views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surroundings were spotless and very lush. Amazing evening buffet included in the half board as well as a great breakfast- couldn’t fault the food or choice.
We had taken a taxi from Dubai town and were concerned we may struggle getting anywhere but the hotel provided a great taxi service (extra cost, but reasonable) so we could visit where we wanted. I particularly enjoyed the bee centre.

Hotel is trying hard but it’s a tired hotel with some freshly painted walls to try and hide it. Bathrooms are very tired, dirty grouting, mould on ceiling above shower etc. King beds and two twin beds pushed together so uncomfortable in the middle.
Way way overpriced for what it is and very poor food choice and quality of ingredients is disappointing for the price.

For 3 of us maybe a little bigger room would have been more comfortable
This resort is a wonderful place to getaway from the city noise it’s surrounded with mountains and the landscape is amazing, divided villas with private entrance very spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains, food options is excellent and I liked their archery bow & arrow activity. Not much to do on the surrounding area and it is about 90 min drive from
Dubai.

Lovely scenic location and friendly slightly rustic hotel. Good pool facilities and good food selection and reasonable quality at breakfast and dinner buffets. Doesnt claim to be, and is not a 5 star resort, but a solid 4. Place isnt overly manicured or perfect, which is actually great if you came here to get away from Dubai city.. Quite a few activities for kids including shooting, petting zoo, pony rides, mini golf, archery, family-specific pool etc. Terra cabins comfortable with fabulous views, ,,and complete with home cinema protector, but aircon was noisy.
Ja Hatta Fort Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our staycation. The brand new cabin was cozy yet luxurious, and the surroundings were serene. Cookie, our furry companion, was in doggie heaven with ample space to roam. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with your loved ones, furry or not!
