We have stayed at this location the past two years when visiting family. Clean rooms plus accommodating and polite staff. The house keeping is impeccable. We only experienced some minor inconveniences for their yearly inspections but management was accommodating to our schedule. They reward us for the inconveniences. We will come back next year and recommend it to family and friends.

The best hotel for visiting college student at Hofstra. Conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Not walking distance to hofstra but easy enough with hofstra/mall shuttle or ride share. Rooms are spacious. Staff are top notch. Always looking to make our visit easier. GM deserves credit for creating an environment where this is valued. If corporate is reading this, please give them credit for making residence inn our primary choice when traveling.
Heidy was outstanding in helping secure a room block for my wedding this past April. She was so prompt in all her responses, and her expertise and kindness made the whole process seamless!
This has to be one of the best, if not the best, Residence Inns that I’ve stayed in. The hotel is really well kept, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping it clean. The room we had was huge and included a sofa bed. This hotel is right by the mall, which is perfect for families or anyone who wants an easy, accessible activity.
The best part of this hotel is the staff! While we’ve only just checked in today, I have a feeling we’ll stay here again if we need to fly out of JFK. As soon as I walked in, Jennifer at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and was super friendly. After she checked us in, she shared great activities that we could do nearby with our niece, like glow in the dark mini golf. We later came back down and asked for restaurant recommendations. Jennifer and Eldred gave us a ton of great options. We ended up walking across the street to eat at Maggiano’s since they offered a discount for hotel guests.
All in all, I’m extremely impressed, especially by Jennifer and Eldred!
Our 23-day stay was excellent. This hotel pays extra attention to spotless cleaning and comfort. The front desk staff was exceptional. We needed a comfortable and clean place to stay after my daughter had surgery. My daughter has extreme chemical sensitivity needs. The staff was extremely accommodating, always asking us if there was anything else they could do. The breakfast had many options was tasty. I would like to thank the staff at Residence Inn. I highly recommend Residence Inn in Garden City, New York
