Y no se pueden abrir las ventanas en el cuarto se encierra muchísimo el calor, tiene aire acondicionado pero para personas asmáticas o con alergias no es posible utilizarlo

El desayuno, estaba muy salado o muy básico
la comodidad de las camas y almohadas, la ubicación y limpieza son buenas , el desayuno tambien es bueno y muy limpio, la atención de los meseros también
Que todo se escucha, las habitaciones contiguas y más que habia niños y hacían mucho relajo y corrian en los pasillos con gritos y lloriqueos

El baño, la tapa de la taza te pegaba en la espalda, necesitan cambiar el botón de descarga o mejorar el diseño del baño
La limpieza mas o menos no sacuden las camas h tampoco trapean.
no me gusto la limpieza y la forma de atención ante la poca limpieza de la sábana que indicamos, solo se limitaron a revisar si era posible el cambio, si no usamos el baño del cuarto
la mala atención de la gerente y del chico de recepción de la noche al indicar que no había servicio de limpieza no sábanas en la noche y que no había ni cuartos para cambio cuando LA SÁBANA ESTANA CON MORONAS DE PAN y por llamada la gerente le decía que debía de checar el baño para ver si lo usamos ellos no podían cambiar el cuarto, al final nos dieron otro cuarto pero ahora el drenaje de la regadera no servía ya no solicitamos cambio, PERO ES INCREIBLE ESTE SERVICIO TAN MALO

The location of the hotel was perfect for the work I was doing. I also appreciate the price here in Booking.com was cheaper than that in the front desk. I had to get some documents printed as well and the receptionist did it for free. I also got my factura the day i was checking out which was very convenient.
The only thing i didn't like was the free breakfast. I'm sorry but the eggs needed salt, there was no water, and it was just a very bland breakfast. The hotel's wifi can be improved a little bit. I played two rounds of Mobile Legends and I did experience some lag during the game.
El servicio en general. Fue una ubicación excelente, teníamos el evento en el salón Real Fundador y estaba a 5 minutos caminando.
No había cobijas adicionales, pasamos un poco de frío, no quisimos prender el aire porque luego hace daño.

El desayuno de 10 así como la atenación de las señoritas del restaurante las señoritas Lauras, muy atenta al servicio y cuando necesitamos algo muy amables y con rapidez nos atendieron.
También la atención al llegar en la recepción muy bien la Srita. Joquebet y Keyla muy amables así como la atención del jover Fernando.
Hubiera estado mejor habernos quedado tres días más, pero ya estamos planeando en regresar.

Muy difícil conectarte al wifi
La 1a noche sonó la alarma de un edificio vecino, la segunda noche también así que concluimos que el hotel no hizo gran cosa por resolver algo fundamental como es el sueño de los huéspedes.
