Perfecte lokatie, schoon, ruim. Erg groot hotel, erg massaal.
Pros:

De ligging is perfect, alles op loopafstand. Heel gezellig buurtje!

Cons:

Erg groot, massaal, zeer onpersoonlijk (logisch gevolg), veel (!) mensen in de ontbijtzaal, veel warm eten bij het ontbijt, zwembaden heel vol en druk. Allemaal logisch gezien de grootte van het hotel, echter tĂłch niet leuk daardoor.

Wonderful hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

I really appreciate the hotels concern for animal welfare. Have been staying there for years but noticed that the habitat for the fish wasn't very good in recent years, spoke to a very nice staff member about my concerns. This year their habitat was improved immensely, so they obviously took my concerns seriously.

Cons:

The smoking room in lobby which allows smoke to sometimes waft into space.

Pros:

Úžasný přístup personálu. Všichni naprosto milý a ochotný. Pokoje čisté, každý den nové ručníky.
Pobyt jsme si ještě prodlužovali.
Klidně se znovu vrátíme.

Cons:

Kvůli prostředí a neustálému používání klimatizací některé pokoje trochu smrděli plísní. Nebyl problém výměny za jiný pokoj. Jinou výtku nemám. Fakt jsme byli v poměru cena/výkon naprosto spokojeni.

Sound proofing was non existent. Some guests would run around messing about in the early hours of the morning.

Good hotel when you start your Thailand travels - good location, 2 pools.
Pros:

We liked the 2 pools and the location - very closed to Khao San Road (walking distance). A 7-11 shop ist right next to the hotel entrance and there were quite a few dinner options in walking distance around the hotel. Also some laundry Services around. Service people in the restaurant, Pool, housekeeping and entrance are VERY friendly!!! People at Checkin could be a bit more friendly and service-oriented.

Cons:

There were no mattresses on the wooden loungers - so this was quite hard to sit/lie on.
They had some wicker loungers, but they also seemed a bit outdated.
AC is quite loud in the room…
