Town House Apartment Hotels Suva

Very clean room, good aircon, bathroom shower great hot water good pressure, easy access to town. We had early checkout no issues as the reception is open 24hrs. Only small issue the tv reception was not working.

Good easy location . Good views.

It was awesome such as a good view, communication was excellent and the room services were. marvelous

The room was very clean and its close proximity to the city centre was most convenient for shopping. Privacy needed close attention as workers had a tendency of talking too loudly while at work. The meals apart from breakfast were substandard.

It was alright

Too noisy, bed sheets never replaced or washed, toilet not cleaned. Some staff not friendly. It's too noisy from within and even the surrounding car-park and no control.

A very good location and a nice view of the port. The hotel is clean. Good breakfast. Security excellent. A bit noisy on weekend nights, but otherwise very good.

No spare towels when u ask for. Bed sheets just one layer only the sheets. No tea towel. Toilet roll cover very annoying. Thanks

Very dirty, everything is broken, even though we paid for the breakfast, it was not served daily. It’s not worth the money. Rooms smells so so badly. When I wanted to cancel the reservation the reception for the afternoon shift told me that there will be a 70% charge for my reservation. There was no hands towels in the room. Condiments were never refilled.

If they improve on there parking area..need more space for parking

The room was good and clean but blocks of bathroom and ants in the sugar

The bed sheets had stains and were dirty, and the towels were also not clean. There was loud party noise outside that lasted all night. After we checked out and returned the key, we were told there would be a penalty because of an alcohol bottle found in the room.



We have traveled to many countries, but we’ve never experienced something like this before. We were not informed about any such rules or penalties in advance.

Walking Distance to City Central!

The view was amazing and it felt like you had your own personal space even though you have others staying there. Food prices at the restaurant was affordable and well prepared. Will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Suva.

Loved the view over the Suva city and the quiet, secluded room. Friendly staff that are helpful and prompt in answering any of your queries.

Condition of the property is not good. Not clean and requires lot of repairs. Staff and customer service is excellent.

This place could be very nice if not for some basic understanding of custom service:
1. Staff was loud laughing every night after 10pm until 6 AM.
2. Roaches and ants in my room. I killed a roach and it took 2 day before the housekeeping disposed of it!
3. Water smelled bad
4. Restaurant t was not open during the time advertised. Closed early because the cook said she was tired. (I think she has other plans, because I saw he depart with pots of uncooked food)
5. Crazy rule of no outside alcohol, yet their bar close at 8pm!
6. Very nice receptionist--all of them were very nice.

I m from America and I will not stay here again nor will I recommend it for any of my friends or associates.

Good getaway n hideout! They need to be aware of drunkards who sometimes disturb the guests
