Front staff was nice. Traveled with a child and pool was very disgusting filled with bugs/debree. Had to change rooms because the first one was very dirty. Stains on the walls, couches, tub, etc. The second one was still dingy, but I wouldn’t have been able to get a full refund to change hotels unfortunately. I would expect better for 200/night.

We had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn in Katy, Texas. Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel to the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
They didn't clean my room. NO I DIDN'T HAVE A DO NOT DISTURB ON MY DOOR😡 MY PHONE DIDN'T WORK IN MY ROOM ALSO.I REPORTED IT ALSO.
Location
The sofa was broken, sheets were dirty and the bathroom had hair in it. Upon check out they tried to charge me a second time and claimed a refund night accidentally happened but my bank statement showed the room charges paid in full.
Only there the night and we were wrongly accused of smoking in the room and charged an addition $250, hotel is a scam, do not recommend.
