After a long, rainy drive from Pennsylvania to New York with unusually heavy traffic, it was a relief to arrive at a place that felt warm and welcoming. The front desk staff member who checked us in was especially friendly and made the process smooth.
When we noticed that the light in our room wasn’t working, he immediately arranged for someone to fix it, which we really appreciated.
The furniture is outdated and visibly worn, and the entire space would benefit from a serious refresh. The bathrooms, in particular, would be much more practical and easier to maintain if they had walk-in showers instead of tubs.
Additionally, unlike the neighboring hotel, this property lacks a covered porch or arrival area. As a result, if you arrive in the rain, your luggage will get wet, which is an avoidable inconvenience.
Cosy and spacious
Room too dimly lit even though all lightings were on.
Heating system too noisy when working. Woke me up a few times in the middle of the night.

Their customer service is non-existent. I tried to cancel this 2 days before. Due to the impending snow storm, the soccer tournament we were supposed to attend on 1/24 was canceled. I called the hotel to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel it because it was booked through a third party. (Booking.com). I contacted Booking.com and they told me to reach out to the hotel to cancel it and they could probably make an exception. So I'm basically in a loop that no one wants to take responsibility for and I will be charged full price for the room I didn't use. Apparently booking.com contacted them on my behalf also and they have not responded.

Hotel was clean ,room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to a lot of places. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.
The room they gave was 2 hallways away from the elevator. Would have liked a room closer to the elevator being that I traveled with kids. Pull out couch still had old sheets and blankets on it.

It had snowed the night before when I arrive I asked where could I park the man at the front told me there’s a parking garage down the road, it was 22° I wasn’t going to have my wife walk through that and my truck is wayy to talk to fit, so then he told me to park across the street behind the Dave’s got chicken he said he’s not sure if I’ll get towed. I proceeded to go park there thankfully didn’t get towed but if they would take care of the grounds better we wouldn’t have had this issue. We had booked a queen suite which we’ve done before and like it but this time around the left side of the bed made both of our skins itchy and prickly.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was lovely.

Cheap experience. Appalling breakfast, with plastic plates and crockery.
The first morning I was running a little late to breakfast. The eggs were really good as well as the french toast. I was a little disappointed in the taste of the OJ. The machine was probably running low on the concentrate. So I opted for the chocolate milk. Everything goes better with chocolate milk. The next morning I was early to rise and I was greatly impressed with my breakfast this morning. The eggs were once again delicious but there was a frittata that was so yummy. I went for the the coffee and that did not disappoint. I was a happy traveller after that breakfast.
As written in the above paragraph the OJ was quite weak in flavor. The layout was a bit tricky the first day but by the next day I was certain of where the plates and cutlery were located. No other concerns for me.
Was greeted by Daniel and he was knowledgeable about restaurants and activities near by.
Clean and was very convenient to CIA.
stayed for 6 nights on business. great breakfast, great cleaning staff on mon and wed nights (only days available but that was all that was needed). clean room. quiet room. nice staff. nice location at stairwell close to the side door entry. good restaurant to walk to and shopping nearby. great rate compared to other local hotels. will stay again.
