The staff that checked was very kind and polite.
Pros:

It was beautiful, however there was a wedding going on which limited the outside seating

Perfect hotel in a perfect place to visit perfect Newport
Pros:

Check-in was a breeze. The location is in a convenient and area. April seems to be completely out season.. we lived that we found it to be rather empty. I could how busy to stay in the summer. It was about a 10 minute ride to the town of Newport, which is quite convenient. I love that there was free. Parking of the staff was really nice. We had a problem with our TV and they came right up to fix it. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are spacious and really clean.

Great hotel to base yourself in Newport for a few nights. Has all the amenities you need and is close to the main attrac
Pros:

Nice big rooms with very comfortable king size beds. Facilities were great with gym, pool, laundry services, restaurants and a shuttle bus service to the main town. Staff were very friendly.

Cozy and clean.
Pros:

Ample parking. Clean room though the water was rusty. I’m sure due to effects post blizzard. I enjoyed on site restaurant.

Cons:

I don’t see why there’s a resort fee. Especially during winter.

Pros:

I loved how clean our room was!!! Olga did an amazing job keeping everything neat and tidy. I also liked how spacious and modern the room was.

Cons:

Breakfast: I thought the breakfast experience could be improved. As a vegan, the options were very limited. $17 buffet for options like fruit, cereal or apple was too much. $12 for oatmeal, which was JUST OATMEAL, and the toppings themselves were extra dollar each, felt like a ripoff.

Pool: Though I liked the pool when it was quiet, I couldn't really use it when so many kids crowded it at the same time. We were hoping for something like a "kid free hour", but since it wasn't an option, we couldn't really use the pool with how crowded and loud it was.

Pros:

We had a king room with 2 king beds. It was very spacious and clean. We ate dinner at the hotel also and it was great. Perfect for our family of 6, traveling for a dance competition.
