It was okayed .
Pros:

The elevator was temporarily of service , we took stairway during the time we were there . It was a little difficult for me because I felt and scratched my knee a week before traveling . The TV was technical issues we reported and got fixed . The location is the plus .

Cons:

Wish the elevator was working while we were staying !!

My family and I enjoyed our stay there and look forward to staying there when we return back to Houston.
Pros:

The building had security, the staff was phenomenal, the room was comfortable, and the location was very close to our family. I definitely will be booking here again in the future.

Cons:

My only complaints were the elevator was out of service, which was not too bad since we were placed on the second floor. Besides, a little exercise never hurt anyone. And lastly, the center of the tub in our room felt a bit concave and unsteady while showering.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, ac was cold, smart tv and they had ac and fridge

Cons:

We chose the option to request our room cleaned if needed and someone still knocked on our door. If we was not in the room would they have still came in?

Un hôtel correct.
Pros:

La situation géographique et l’amabilité du personnel.
Pas de bruit de la route. Bonne insonorité.

Cons:

Durant mon séjour de 6 nuits, on nous a deux fois pas nettoyé la chambre (car nous avions quitté notre chambre seulement après 10h00).
Seulement un armoire derrière un miroir à notre disposition.
Par contre, nous entendions bien les pas des gens de l’étage au-dessus de nous.

It was calm, easy location to get to places, safe, air conditioned throughout. And very convinient overall
Pros:

I loved the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming toooooo🥺. I wish I carried cash to tip them all! There is security at the door all the time so I genuinely felt safe

There’s a fridge and microwave!!!!!!! This was so cool

Cons:

The bath tub had scratches which I initially thought was dirt but the house keeper educated me about their plan to refurbish the bathrooms
