Unbelievable. I called the hotel as I wanted to speak to someone about booking a room. No one would talk to me. Then I asked to speak to the manager. I was told to send her an email. That's the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen...you can't take a moment to speak with me?? I'd give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Don't bother with these people!
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and honestly didn’t expect such a comfortable experience for the price. The room was spotless, with crisp linens, good lighting, and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with directions or small requests. The lobby had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Considering how affordable the rate was, the overall quality of service and comfort felt like a real bargain

We didn’t get the a decent room . Asked for a room change and they denied it saying booking has come from booking.com and through their website . The view of the room was pathetic

Me congelaron de mi tarjeta el monto de la estadía + 2800$ aprox para seguridad por algun daño.. en total tuve retenido 5000$ aprox.. nada de eso sale en la información del hotel

Not our usual experience
I'm seeing my story is not a unique one and looking at older reviews, these aren't new issues. No one ever at the front desk, key card never works, because key cards never work, people prop open the back/side entrances to the building, and if you do get to speak with someone at the front desk they are just like, "yeah, its not just you". Of course the manager says that the locks are going to be changed "in the next couple of days", but I've been here three weeks and nothing has changed at all. The sent someone from engineering up to look at my lock, and he said it was an issue with how they are programming it at the front desk.
I also ran into an issue with no shampoo in my shower and couldn't reach anyone at the front desk and there isn't a "guest services/housekeeping" button on the phone. Really, how hard is it to reroute the calls over to the Embassy front desk? And having to walk over to the Embassy (which looks MUCH nicer) feels like a slap in the face that those of us at the Homewood are 2nd class citizens.
It was clean and an overall nice hotel.
I paid over a month in advance. When we arrived, instead of having a room with 2 queen beds, it was one king. Mind you, I was there with my daughter. I went down to the front desk and they said they switched it because of other people staying longer. They attempted to move me to a completely different hotel 20 minutes away. Instead they put us in another room and was quick to tell me that the room is usually $100 more a night. The reason, there's a pull out couch which served zero purpose.
Then... the following night there was no parking spots and told me that I can park in a different area but need to move it before 8am. Terrible management. A woman was having an issue with her room as well because they screwed up her confirmed room as well. Will never stay there again.
The room was very spacious and welcoming as I came inside. Quiet and relaxing as opposed to others where people are loud and walking or running up and down hallways all night.
Nothing to say, it was all great.
The breakfast was great both mornings. We even saw some white tail deer at the end of the parking lot. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

For starters my room key had to be reset every day. There was rarely anyone at the front desk when I need to get my room key programmed, just a sign directing customers to the front desk at the embassy suites next door. So, I had to walk the embassy suite daily to get my room key programmed. They charged and attempted to charge my company credit card multiple times to the point it was over the limit. They then proceeded to ask for another card after I showed them the charges that they initiated on the card. My shower had mold in it. It's close to the airport, so you hear the flights all the time.

Did not bring a pet, although there were a couple of k9s that seemed very happy, and my wife, whose a kid at heart was very fund of the the establishments.
