Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family. Thank you park Hyatt!

My first time to Zurich. This is a super nice hotel. Park Hyatt never give you disappointment. The check in staff was super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. My best sleep ever in a hotel room. Hotel staff are super friendly. Good location. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

Bad service! regarding the front desk and cleaning service. Plus, the bedroom was quite small despiste of CHF807 per night . Does not worth it. Don’t go there and look other alternatives.
