A good deal for expensive Melbourne. Not fancy but clean and had what I needed.

Cons:

Bring earplugs - I could easily hear people yakking in the hallway, but luckily that wasn’t a problem late at night.

Good size room, comfortable beds, good location
Pros:

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Beds super comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Great security to enter building.

Cons:

Could hear other guests walking up and down stairs, and talking. Alot of outside traffic noise also.
