Helpful staff, great location close to the free trams and Queen Victoria market, clean, and excellent value for money. Spacious quiet room. Used the shared kitchen and laundry. Would stay again.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Our favourite hostel/hotel we’ve stayed in across 5 months in Australia. Why? Attentive and friendly staff, a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, walkable location to Melbourne attractions and lovely street 5 mins away with great food
