Did not stay due to no electricity at hotel.
Cons:

Arrived to find the hotel had no power. Could not stay. I asked to cancel and the desk staff said they would not charge me for cancelling. I requested a refund through Booking.com, but neither the hotel nor Booking have responded to my request.

La ubicación

Cons:

No encontraban la reserva según, tardaron casi 30 minutos en encontrar la reserva y aparte me cobraron un extra de 300 pesos y lo querían en efectivo y fue algo que no decía en la reserva de booking, terminé pagando porque eran ya casi la 1am cuando llegué y quería descansar

Hospedaje práctico para lo que iba a visitar PLaya del Carmen
Pros:

No servía el aire acondicionado, nunca apagaba. Fui a pedir a recepción que cambiaran el control o revisaran pero no fueron. El resto de temas si los atendieron como que no tenía cable cuando llegué ni servía el telefóno pero eso lo atendieron rápido.
