Pros:

Staff are courteous and nice! It's close to places I needed to attend. It's also close to Galleria, where I could try some street food. The room is spacious. The room is cleaned every day and it's clean overall. Breakfast food was delicious!

At the start, the room was dusty, though they cleaned it afterward.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an ideal location if you're business traveler. However, the room I stayed had a weird stench which I suspect is from the air-conditioning. Unfortunately, all the rooms in the floor had the same weird stench. I eventually got sick with a really bad sinus.
