Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa.
Bagno un po' datato e senza finestra (era fissa, non apribile).
Colazione un po' scarna considerando l'hotel a 4* , inoltre ho richiesto un ginseng e mi è stato dato un caffè (che non posso bere per problemi di salute).
Posizione bruttina, zona industriale (non essendo di zona non conoscevo il posto).
Il balcone in camera per uscire a fumare
Esperienza da incubo. Materasso scomodissimo, rumore assordante dei camion che passavano in strada e aria in stanza irrespirabile causa il riscaldamento eccessivo della stanza che non sono riuscito a spegnere dal termostato in camera!
Estava molt net
Feia moltíssima calor a l'habitació pq no es pot regular.La sol.lució va ser obrir la finestra amb l'inconvenient de que passen un molts camions que han de frenar pq hi ha una rotonda i fant molt soroll ( és un polígon industrial)
Molto difficile dormire. In camera un caldo infernale senza la possibilità di avere almeno un ricircolo d'aria, visto che con la finestra aperta si veniva assaliti dalle zanzare.

A maior parte dos colaboradores ( receção e pequeno - almoço) não revelou profissionalismo ou simpatia no atendimento ao cliente.
O pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar, por ser pouco diversificado, para um hotel que se diz de 4 estrelas.
A localização do hotel não está de acordo com as informações do Booking. Não se encontra a 2,9 km do centro, obrigando à utilização diária do único meio de transporte, o comboio, para chegar a Florença.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch, mit sehr großen Zimmern und einem sehr großen Bad. Es hat zudem einen riesigen eingezäunten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war solide und man wurde satt.
Der Frühstückssaal ist etwas ungünstig ausgestattet zu viele zu große Tische, was dazu führt das man auf einen Tisch warten musste teilweise. Mehr kleinere Tische wären praktischer. Zudem wäre frisches Gemüse, wie Tomaten und Gurken sehr schön.
