I would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was convenient.

Cons:

Bed not very soft. Not enough towels and washcloths available for entire stay, had to ask daily and make several trips up and down stairs to ask, turn in used towels, and then receive additional towels.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

We stayed in the King suite with the jacuzzi tub. Room over looks the indoor pool. Room was clean. The people that work there are very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

A nice place to stay for a quick visit
Pros:

Our room was very clean, well equip and comfortable. There were no rugs on the floor which made coming in from the snow and ice a bit slippery. It was perfect for a good nights rest, but not so much for hanging out in because there was only one chair, besides the bed. We did not use the common spaces or breakfast. It was perfect for our needs for a place to sleep while visiting family.

Pros:

Terrible experience. Very rude front desk associate. Accidentally left items in the room upon checkout. Came back 4 days later to retrieve and was told they only keep list and found for one week. I explained it had only been 4 days and the front desk clerk shrugged and dismissed me. The only availability for a large family is above the pool which stays open until 10:00. It was very noisy and the room wreaked of pool chemicals. Will not be returning!

This is our go to hotel while visiting family in the area. It’s comfortable and priced right, the pool is a bonus!! A+++

Satisfying stay, would stay again if we were in the area.
Pros:

Our room was very clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that we didn't use. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good to have before we hit the road.

Cons:

Wanted to check in a little early to relax and get ready for a family surprise party we were attending, but was told that it would be a $20 charge. If the room is ready, why try to nickel and dime your guests?

Pros:

I am disabled and the staff listened to my needs and chosen a perfect room in regards to where I needed to go in the resort. I really appreciated that.

Cons:

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The tub had a lot of hair from a previous guest and I had to clean it before using it.

Pros:

Charged us an extra $20 for checking in one hour early. There was no hot water in our room (#124). The individual who checked us in followed us to our room and confirmed this to be the case. She offered us another room. We checked the shower in the proposed room together and found there to be no hot water in that room either.
The bed pillows were not comfortable at all.
