Pros:

L emplacement était parfait pour se déplacer : nombreuse lignes de bus au pied de l hôtel. Appartement spacieux . Lit confortable.

Hit and more miss
Pros:

It's located on top of Elizabeth Quay bus station and next to the train/underground station . It's just few minutes walk to popular Elizabeth Quay water front where weekend festivities are held and perfect evening stroll before calling the day. The staffs are courtesy and responsive to request made.

Cons:

Everything in the room is dated and worn/torn. Chips at the kitchen counter and bathroom cabinets,; dark spots and marks all over the carpet; the sofa is so worn that don't feel bouncy when sitting. The only good thing about the room is the bed, big and comfortable.

Great location to visit Perth
Pros:

A modern 1 bedroom spacious apartment , well appointed and very comfortable
Very friendly staff at check in and throughout the stay.
An onsite restaurant and bar.
Very short walk from Elizabeth Quay.

City break in Perth
Pros:

The central position of this apartment hotel made it perfect for visiting the piers and city. We could walk to some lovely bars and restaurants, also the main shopping area. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay.

Cons:

No bar or restaurant - next door is a bar restaurant but is closed daytime's. We did not use the pool but it looks nice

Pros:

The view was great. Staff were very friendly. The room was massive.

Cons:

The photos on booking.com didn't match the hotel. The spa was dug out with caution tape pool didn't look very good. Gym was so small compared to photos The restaurant was closed sun/mon our whole stay no advertising so had to get uber eats. Couldn't order I've for our drinks even. No apps on the TV so couldn't log into streaming services.

Filthy hotel

Nothing likeable about this hotel.

Cons:

This property is utterly unfit for human occupation and poses a serious health and safety risk. The room was filthy beyond belief, including a toilet that was visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or sanitised before our arrival or for a while it would seem. I have uploaded photographic evidence showing the true condition of the room. The shower head, bed, curtains, couch, cot, walls, windows, every single surface was dirty. This was not wear and tear or historic staining; it was obvious the room had not been cleaned in a long time. The level of neglect was shocking and unacceptable. Despite this, both the hotel and Booking.com have refused to issue a refund. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to stay elsewhere unless they are prepared to accept unsafe, unhygienic conditions. Scam.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Adina is a bit tricky to find the front door but probably easy if walking there. Decent size 1 bed apartment, good size bathroom, kitchen had most you need for basics. Large comfortable bed, with 2 pillows per person. Has a small balcony, ours had the forecourt roof under it so not as good views as others. TV in both rooms, bed and lounge. Front desk staff were very hospitable and efficient.

Cons:

No hangers and we stayed Sunday night, so no room service on Sundays..

Bra läge och att vi fick byta till en fräschare lägenhet en som var tänkt från början. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Cons:

Snålt med toalettpapper och maskindiskmedel. Men det var bara att be om mer i receptionen.
