Pros:

Great location next to the convention centre and easy walk to town and train and ferry. Comfortable bed and spacious kitchen.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite dated with laminate peeling from cupboards. Tiling in bathroom and lino in kitchen could all benefit from being updated.

Great stay for work conference and would stay again due to location to Elizabeth Quay
Pros:

I stayed for a conference at Perth exhibition centre which was directly opposite Adina
So convenient and quiet at night .
Big bathroom and washing machine and dryer to do some washing … fantastic !

Convenient and very satisfactory for our 5 day break
Pros:

We had stayed at Adina many years ago in Berlin and we know they are a good ,reliable brand of accommodation.

It was convenient to the excellent free public transport CAT buses and train station in Perth
It was quiet , but probably because it was not really busy.

Cons:

This property has been in Perth for 20 years and so is a little tired, but proposed renovation should help improve some detail.
The electric kettle in the kitchen did NOT turn itself off, spewing boiling water- rather dangerous!
Also, bath was quite slippery for older people, non slip mat was available at reception but we didn’t read this notice until later.
Wish that there was more sunshine on south side of building-

Great location & apartment had everything we required but housekeeping poor.
Pros:

Great location. Nice bar. Allocated the room we requested. Everything in the room we required.

Cons:

House keeping poor.
Floors were never hoovered during our stay.
Mirror in the bathroom never cleaned during our stay.

Great Location
Pros:

Perfect location for looking around Perth. Had a few issues at the hotel which the staff did their best to try to fix.
