disappointing
Pros:

the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, clean and tidy

Cons:

the bathroom the bath had 2 large rust marks the shower over the bath was very old, it needs updating very old and tired.
in general the hotel needs updating, not sure how it got a 4 star rating very disappointed, there are lots of other hotels more central and modern

I had a really bad experience this time I have stayed here plenty of times and by fare this has really annoyed me

Cons:

The first room I spent all night listening to a dripping sound and when I woke in the morning to find that there was a major leak in the roof above the my room front door then we got changed rooms for the inconvenience which was a disability room with. Much less and that been said we paid a premium price so we asked to change rooms again they were hesitant but said we had you a room so we moved to the next room after we moved our belonging we where finally in a room for the second night of our 2 night stay and on the final night last night I had heard something then wake up to find this room also had a dripping sound looked closer and found it was nearly in the same spot and as loud as the first :=O

Great value for waterfront Perth
Pros:

Spacious rooms with all the things you need including laundry and kitchen amenities. Easy check in and out process. Comfortable bed. Very close to bus station / transport hub and event centre. Short walk to Elizabeth Quay also.

Cons:

Swimming pool okay, hot pool being renovated. Area a little dated.
The bar downstairs (Metro Bar) can be quite loud and disturbing on some evenings.
Area a little hard to get if event centre is busy with an event.
