Clean, tidy and had everything you need

Cons:

Mint tea instead of peppermint tea and there was no hot chocolate powder and couch needs updating the fabric is rough

Condition of the apartment was very good. Staff very friendly. Close to city centre and transport.

Cons:

Restaurant was not open in morning for breakfast and not open on Sunday. This is extremely disappointing when you arrive on Sunday and you can't get any food. There is no place to sit if you arrive from travelling and arrive before 3.00pm which is the check-in time.

Perth CBD right next door to the convention centre, great place to stay!!
Pros:

Really close to the convention centre for an event.Great room .. close to everything in Perth CBD. Elizabeth quay is lovely.
Great breakfast , lunch and dinner options nearby. Stay here if you can.

Cons:

Nothing...okay the elevator was a bit iffy that night but it was all good

Staff very helpful apartment acceptable but on the lower scale
Pros:

Property was adequate first room sink blocked staff very helpful immediately offered another room accepted to find dryer broken in that room no spar working
