Short walk from station.

Cons:

The televisions are so old, no good for streaming etc.
No sharp knives or scissors

Disappointing stay I won’t be back

I messaged the property ant advised I would be arriving late and told it’s ok we have 24 hour reception. When we arrived after a long international flight no one answered the door intercom or answered their out of hours phone number so we stood had to stand out in the cold for 25 minutes waiting for a hotel staff to let us in. I also noticed after checkin that an additional $100 was taken from my card an nothing mentioned to me about that. If that money is for a security deposit customers should be told. At $236 a night the room for 2 nights the room was not even made up no fresh towels after our first night. That in my opinion is ridiculously expensive for an unserviced stay. I will be avoiding the Adina brand in future.

Pros:

Excellent service, friendly staff & the room was perfect for our visit.

Cons:

The room was not serviced for the duration of our stay. We were there for 4 days & think this should be addressed.

Pros:

Great location next to the convention centre and easy walk to town and train and ferry. Comfortable bed and spacious kitchen.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite dated with laminate peeling from cupboards. Tiling in bathroom and lino in kitchen could all benefit from being updated.
