Perfect place while attending a conference

Perfect!!!
Pros:

Our suite was one of the newly renovated and indeed we were the first guests in the room. The location was perfect for access to the convention centre and also transport and a 5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go.

Great location in the Perth CBD
Pros:

The location was perfect for me, close to the train station, the bus port and close to the CAT buses route. It is easy to get to from the airport using public transport. The room was great, lots of room. As a menopausal woman, I love that I could control the temp in my room, I had access to a balcony with a view. There is a separate lounge room and a kitchenette. As I have to travel regularly to Perth, this feels like my second home.

Cons:

The place needs a bit of maintenance which the management is addressing currently by getting some work done.
