Very outdated rooms, dirty, small space

The room was small and outdated. The bathroom was tiny and moldy. The soundproofing was nonexistent; you could hear conversations in the next room. To its credit, the bed linens were clean, and the breakfast was good.

Room was ok, very hot, no AC. Dirty under the bed, not been cleaned underneath for months. Getting your breakfast is even harder, having to fight for a spot in line with bus loads of tourists for what can be called scraps, wait 10 minutes in line to get a coffee because the bus load of tourists are filling their thermoses for the trip. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

It is completely beyond me how this hotel stays in business. The place is a dark, dirty construction site. The room I was given was full of stains (carpet and bed), limescale in the sink and mould in the shower. I was given a different room when I complained which was cleaner. A friend of mine found a toenail in her room. Disgusting. A member of the breakfast staff accused me of trying to steal a coffee cup when I wanted to take a hot drink to my room. The construction started early in the morning and continued all day, making rest impossible. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Booked the Panorama as close to the railway station. Very disappointing, tiny dated rooms and en-suite, no wardrobe space or room for suitcases, no ac, construction site outside the window, breakfasts very poor, staff sullen. Nothing much to like about this place. Maybe ok if you’re staying for a few days and only have a small rucksack. If you’re travelling and have large bags no space. Looks like a stopping off point for coach parties. Should have notified guests hotel is currently in the middle of a building site. Location next to station good for travel but park between station and hotel very run down with hypodermic needles lying about on the pavement. Avoid at all costs.

Good thing about this hotel is the location,it's very close to the bus station and the train station.
Our room was very small and extremely hot,with no air conditioning. On a second day of our stay we found a table fan which was hidden behind the curtain. That helped a bit with the heat. Shower did have hot water only sometimes.
Breakfast was fine.
Front of house staff was not friendly or helpful.

Great location, average hotel. Old, not clean.

Check-in was very busy. It seems that the hotel is popular with cach parties and it took us a while to get to the front of the queue.

The room is very basic and dated. The bathroom was small with copious skins I of limescale on the taps.

The shower was poor with water jetting sideways from the shower head. If I'd have left it on the holster it would have sorted squirted over the top of the shower cubicle wetting the bathroom.

There's no air conditioning and in 27 degrees heat the bedroom got rather warm.

Breakfast is from 7am. We got there at 7.05 and we're greeted with around 100 people (from coach parties) who were either queuing or eating. It was Pandemonium. On the second day we went to McDonald's (at the front of the hotel) for a more relaxed experience.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the bed was comfortable—everything else was disappointing.

Awesome property with great staff. Very attentive. Rooms clean and well serviced. Definitely a yes from us!

Location: it's very close to the train station.

The hotel is very near the bus station and walkable to the center of Vilnius. The room has very little space for luggage. The bathroom is little, a big person would have trouble taking a shower and sitting on the toilet. There was no toilet paper at our arrival to the room. Had to ask for some. The toilet paper place is under the soap dispenser, so it would get wet or one has to put it somewhere else. It was practical for a two days stay.

Small, clean room. Nice to have the fan and glad the window opened. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Hotel location is in front of the main train and bus station .transfer to airport was very easy .local attractions are within walkable distance . Hotel staff arranged early check in . Rooms are little old and towels provided was not clean and having stains.
