Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Adults only

All amazing

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception.
We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious.
Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times.
All areas were clean.
There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

Spa adequate for a relax, jean bar man excellent. Food amazing , room nice.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive.
The room was ok apart from mould on bathroom ceiling which was black, one of the sockets/usb on bedside table broken, shower flooded each time of use, hook in bathroom broken and i had birthday bottle of prosecco delivered to me on day 1, day 5 was still in room where it was left empty.
Cleaner changed towels and made bed, nothing else.
Not a 4 star hotel.

Room was spacious, food was excellent. Ideal location for our trip.

Me and my friend stayed here for 5 days. The staff was lovely, the hotel was lovely and clean. The cleaner was really nice. Overall stay was amazing. This was my second time at this hotel and i would go back again

Prepare to be kept up all night by the bars on the street adjacent if you book a standard room. After 3/7 nights calling to complain and ask for a room change we finally got offered one. They upgraded our room to a deluxe one in the other building, set back further away from the main road, and this seriously improved our stay. We were considering booking alternative accommodation.

The staff initially brushed off the noise by saying ‘you’re in benidorm’, even though we chose a hotel far from the strip. after persistence they changed our room

The cleanliness of our first room was okay but not great- masking tape left up in the shower where mould had clearly been painted over.

The deluxe room was much better, more modern, and much cleaner. The balcony door actually sealed shut so you couldn’t hear any external noise.

Once they changed our room we enjoyed the stay much more

So pleasantly surprised. Never had to rush out to get a sun lounger and the pools were in full sun. Friendly staff. Really generous room size. Would 100% stay again.

This adult only hotel firmly sits in the ‘good’ bracket. Decent food, good entertainment and good hotel decor. The only thing that lets it down is a 15 minute walk to the strip and very slow bar service. The gyms decent and so is the spa. Rooms are well equipped and looked after. Would return for the right price. Wouldn’t rush back but I’ve no major complaints - it is a good 4 out of 5!

The hotel condition was pretty much as expected for the price we paid, the glass elevator that takes you to the restaurant needs a real deep clean, 1 of the 4 other elevators was broken so you were waiting a while at meal times to go up or down

The food itself was ok, there were plenty of options either pre made ready for you to help yourself or they had chefs on hand cooking fresh, whatever meat or fish they had out for you that for that meal.

It's all inclusive and you wear a band around your wrist but you still have to hand your key card in every time you want a drink which was a pain when around the pool area, and the pool bar usually had only one person on and if there's a queue and they're all having cocktails you're waiting a while...and most of the time we just wanted water.. be a good idea to just have bottles of water in a separate fridge or ice bucket so all inclusive customers can just grab them.

We never had a problem getting a lounger, we could go down at 10am and get a lounger in the sun no problem, the issue was lack of parosols/umbrellas, and when we did get one on that day the wind was quite heavy and it took flight and could have seriously injured someone, we later realised that none of them screwed in safely to the base and we were told that the week before that happened and it hit someone.. so the lifeguard came over and said if it gets windy we cannot use them..

Breakfast not too bad. Had better.

Bathroom very dated needs refurb.
Towels thin and old.

Overall 9/10 for the stay.

Really nice hotel, check in was quick and friendly. However it was made clear that our room was in a seperate block, which hindered us getting our room, the room itself was amazing 1002b, really spacious, very clean and modern, huge bed lovely pillows and a ni e sleep,woulduse again.
