I will be coming back.
Pros:

I liked the rooms I had especially the upgrade to the junior suite. I also like the comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Cons:

I would have like a hard copy guide to all that was going on in the hotel. Including room service food, times of the shuttle bus to the airport, details of the lounge and its access and what to expect.

A lovely stay, fantastic room and great staff
Pros:

Arrived to a really modern, open plan reception which immediately felt warm and welcoming. Genuinely lovely reception team, who quickly got me checked in and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Got upgraded to one of their newly refurbished suites which was a very nice surprise!

The room itself was spot on, really spacious, super clean, and properly well thought out. You’ve got a separate lounge area, a comfy sofa, workspace, tea/coffee setup, and then a separate sleeping area with a really comfy queen bed.

Bathroom was laid out great, modern, clean, and a massive walk in shower which is exactly what you want after a long day.

Nice little touch with a fruit platter in the room as well!

Had food in the restaurant and honestly couldn’t fault it. Good quality and the staff were brilliant, really attentive without being over the top.

Overall, really solid stay. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

A special thanks to Himani, whose beautiful smile and warm attitude truly made my experience memorable. She was incredibly helpful, always professional, and had a way of making guests feel comfortable and happy.

The restaurant was also a highlight the food was absolutely delicious and completely changed my expectations of British cuisine in the best way :)

great stay and a special mention to Aditya
Pros:

Great experience staying here.. my flight arrived late.. I called reception and the kind lady which is Aditya who manged to immediately arranged a taxi (half the price of Uber!) t take us to the South Terminal entrance from the hotel ..it arrived in minutes and I was checked in 15 minutes later. We went to this hotel just for overnight just before we catch our flight to Miami in Florida on the next day on the next day. the room is so nice and clean. we stayed at 217 which is a family room.
The breakfast spread was one of the best I've ever seen so felt I had to compliment the Chef Paul who was clearly doing a great job.
I really appreciated the overall quality of staying here.

Atrocious customer care
Pros:

Tried to call a guest at the Crowne Plaza Gatwick Airport. The operator stated the name of the hotel but did not give her name. She did not try to find the guest, just told me I had the wrong number and hang up on me. I called again. The phone was picked up, nothing was said and the person just hang up the phone on me again. If it's the level of care they have for their guests, I wonder what is the state of their rooms! Never set a foot there!
