Breakfast was good. We needed vegetarian food and the chef was kind enough to prepare it for us. Hotel room was clean.
Room service very slow needs to improve. Some items we requested the staff forgot to give it to us. Overall a good experience though.

Half the car park was blocked off for a function thus restricting parking.
Nice and clean
In reception I was lucky to be looked after by Sophie. Apparently a trainee, but this lady was seriously professional; beautifully courteous and overwhelmingly helpful to this very tired and not-very-frequent traveller.
Many of the other people staying at this hotel seemed rather brusque, rude and discourteous. It baffles me why people need to be so rude to staff who are clearly trying their hearts out to be as helpful as possible.

Good hotel, well located and easily accessible. Staiss is really courteous and happy to help. The lounge and restaurant is also well equipped with plenty food and drink options. Rooms and gym also good. Privana at restaurant is a good host and serves with smile.
Wonderful hotel for overnight stay prior to flying. We had a family room for one night (2 adults one child). Possibly the most comfortably beds in a hotel room. Fruit platter in the room along with bottled water (stayed in far more expensive 5 star hotels which provide neither). Breakfast was excellent and set us up for a long days travel ahead. Room was extremely quiet and had everything you could need. Check-in and out staff all super friendly - as were staff at breakfast. Whilst the room may be a little dated, the friendliness of staff and little touches more than make up for that. I’ve already booked again for October (that will be our 3rd booking for pre-Gatwick flights).
Had a lovely breakfast experience at the Cube Restaurant, Crowne Plaza Gatwick, thanks to Puvana’s warm and attentive service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure we were well looked after. Her welcoming nature made a great start to our day. Thank you, Puvana, for your excellent hospitality.
Stayed for a month for work and it was great. Rooms were small but well equipped.
Breakfast was great. Privana was lovely and Alyssa is an absolute star! She always greeted me by name and was friendly and chatty 😊
