Bed fine room fine, breakfast brilliant, staff great and so on BUT ?
Room is not what we wanted we asked for twin, but the staff tried to sort it out, but no good! . Ok let’s move on to dinner in the restaurant,I invited my family who live in crawley about 200yds from the hotel. Six of us, my son and his wife ate there dinner after we had all finished,kitchen and waiting’s staff completely out of sink, they helped with a free drink and some discount But the evening was ruined, I believe the staff were sorry but it was to late. If I had the time i could tell you everything that went wrong with dinner service, but there’s no point.

Great experience staying here.. my flight arrived late.. I called reception and the kind lady immediately arranged a taxi (half the price of Uber!) ..it arrived in minutes and I was checked in 15 minutes later.
The breakfast spread was one of the best ive ever seen so felt I had to compliment the Chef Paul who was clearly doing a great job.
I really appreciated the overall quality of staying here.

We stayed here on our way to Tenerife and on our return, leaving our car in the car park.The facilities and the cleanliness were top rate, and value for money was excellent.
But the standout were the staff. I will mention just a few - Adala and Soumaya on front desk, Manjula in the bar/restaurant, and Paul and Georgia in breakfast. All of them were professional and attentive.

Nice Atmosphere, clean rooms and good Value for money. Service is good with all the employees. Long list of them while I stayed here a month so I’ll mention the few I remember.
Ihsan, Victoria, Manjula, Samad, Sanjay, Paul the chef and Daviana. Of course there were others in the service department, house keeping and front Desk. There names all escape me now but a good team.
Excellent facilities and staff, made to feel very welcome, all staff are extremely helpful especially Paul Purana who assisted with breakfast service. Outstanding experience
