We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the food. Chef Idris made every meal truly memorable during the breakfast.

It looked quiet sleek
Poor sleep and very poor food quality
The bed was comfortable
The toilet didn’t flush well
The safe wasn’t operational when we arrived
The heat/air was difficult to adjust
The toilet seat kept falling down during use
The location was not good for people with mobility problems
The cost of breakfast was too high
We stayed for 19 days as a combination of business and personal holiday. Had a great time, we only had one minor maintenance issue and that was resolved within a couple hours while we were away.
The service staff was great. They seemed to recognize enough they got comfortable speaking to us at breakfast and just generally making sure my wife and I were satisfied.
Crawley isn’t the most happening place in the UK, but when I come back this place will be my first choice.
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt clean and well maintained. Both the air conditioning and shower worked very well, maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
Overall, I was satisfied with the room and found it comfortable and pleasant.
The breakfast, however, was just adequate. While there was enough available, I felt the overall choice, quality and presentation could have been better.
lthough I was generally happy with my stay, there were a couple of areas that were disappointing and could certainly be improved.
Breakfast:
For breakfast, I ordered a very softly cooked, (French-style) cheese omelette. Unfortunately, what arrived was more like a pancake. It was overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other, and was not what I would expect from a properly prepared French-style omelette.
Room:
The room itself was comfortable and clean. However, when I opened the curtains, I was very disappointed to see that the outside of the window was extremely dirty, with a large amount of bird mess across the glass. This really spoiled the view and gave a poor impression, particularly as the rest of the room was well maintained.
Where do I start from.the moment you arrive the reception staff are so lovely and helpful and truly care ! I have been to a few CPs like London and Plymouth This one at Gatwick they truly care ! Ask how you are and if u need anything else! Nothung is too much for them ❤️
A special thank you to Vijaya nothing is too nuch for her she goes beyond her role her customer service is second to none ! I have seen her interact with guests she is truly professional and never is sad or unhappy truly a remarkable person! Also a big thank you to Albert he is a true star too and goes beyond nothing is too much for him going out the way to locate a luggage trolley or giving advice and helping guests with any difficulties he is always alert and never keeps guests waiting and truly cares about people these two amazing staff members needs to be recognised and rewarded for their service ! Also ti the amazing other reception staff who are so lovely and helpful in every sense .
The breakfast is really good needs improving though more choices like eggs benidict etc.
I believe the Dinner menu needs improving I had the butter chicken curry the chicken was so dry and the sauce was covering it how dry it so was also the burger my partner had the bun was so hard it was inedibale .
But the overall stay was truly lovely and from the restaurant staff are so attentive and care too .
I will be returning end of month cant wait! ❤️❤️

Comfortable bed and lovely clean room
Fridge wasn’t working but they brought me ice and offered to fix but I didn’t want workmen in my room as I was tired. Also the water pressure for shower in my room wasn’t great. But good enough.
