Terrible stay. Paid for jetted tub. Tub not working
Pros:

Not alot. Paid extra to have a jetted tub room. Jets in tub did not work well. Jetted tub was not cleaned. Had to clean it myself

Cons:

Everything. Jets didn't work in tub. Very few useable dishes in cupboard. Remotes for tv didn't have any instructions. Carpeting wet. Not sure why. Desk staff not very helpful

Would consider staying overnight for myself if I just need a place to sleep.
Pros:

The proximity to shopping and coffee shops.
Liked the suite aspect. I like the bedroom in a separate room.

Cons:

There were some birds nesting outside the wall of my unit.
Coffee was not the best.
Not many options for breakfast.

Used to be great, now it’s okay
Pros:

Location is great. We’ve stayed here many times over the last 2 years. And loved it.

Cons:

The last couple of times we’ve stayed we’ve noticed the facility not being kept up as it once was. This time there was broken workout equipment that was simply duct taped together. (Not very safe!) our room was dusty, the shower drained really slow, so we were standing a couple inches of water while bathing. Lastly, there were multiple lightbulbs that needed replacing in the room and our bed sheet was put on inside out.

Rooms are like a small apartment. Decent price.

Cons:

We could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom likely from the previous occupant. Cigarette smoke was also noticeable in the hallway during our stay coming from other rooms.
Fitness room is very small with old equipment.

We enjoy the location, a few updates & better upkeep would make a big difference.
Pros:

We really enjoy the location for what we are doing and have stayed there for the past few years. In the past we’ve always had a great experience - especially in the room across the hall.
Lots of options for breakfast.
Just needs a few updates would make a big difference.

Cons:

Our room had a strong order which made it uncomfortable. One of the lights didn’t work at all, and another was hard to turn on because the button didn’t function properly.
One suggestion for the continental breakfast would be to replace the egg container with an easier handle. While we were there, a guest dropped the lid on the floor then placed it back on the eggs which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
