花园很漂亮，就在沙滩旁边 叫的士很方便 房间清洁不错

房间一般，设施设备比较老旧，也有味道，我们去度假 在没有通知的情况下早上八点门口就有换墙纸的工人，我让他们能否晚一点，他们说工作八点开始不能停。 打电话到前台接电话的服务也不是那么耐烦。
走的前一晚特别定了第二天的的士，收到确认预定收据第二天车却没有定，需要临时定临时等，我要赶火车造成了不必要的压力和紧张

Defined Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Very disappointing experience overall. This is not, in practice, a 5-star hotel in terms of service standards, which is a real shame because the property itself has clear potential, the gardens are beautiful, the location is great, and the breakfast was genuinely very good.

A special mention to the breakfast staff, who were by far the highlight of the stay, attentive, friendly, and professional.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel quite dated, there were noticeable shortcomings in cleanliness, and even basic requests were poorly handled or left unresolved. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.

With the right level of attention and service, this place could be something truly special, but in its current state, it does not meet 5-star standards.

Nice hotel but not 5 star.
Pros:

The decor was lovely, Egyptian like style.
The breakfast, great choice.
Restaurant on site
Grounds, spacious and a pool though this is seasonal so not open during our stay.
Closeness to airport and beach.

Cons:

The air con system and luke warm water. In theory one can access it from one's hotel room and adjust temperature etc . However, our first night, despite attempting this it didn't work and the room was cold.
We spoke to hotel reception next day and learnt the air con is managed by them and one has to ask to have it turned on for one's room! This wasn't explained on check in. Also, despite turning it on for us during the day, when it came to night time it had been turned off so we had to ringcreception to turn back on!
The water for the bath was luke warm.
Some staff slow to respond to requests. We had asked for towels for sun loungers ( one can leave a deposit for them at reception) and after being told they were " on their way " we had to return back to reception an hr later to remind the staff and collect them

It’s ok for an airport hotel.
Pros:

We used this as a pit stop before our early flight home. My son was looking forward to using the pool but upon arrival we realised it had been drained for maintenance. I highlighted this to the receptionist to be told it’s out of season and is on the website… I’ve checked 1 day later and it isn’t 🤷‍♂️ (no discount offered). The room has had an element of maintenance carried out to it recently but had a heavy chemical smell about it still. Overall the room was big enough for a family of 3 for a night before an early flight.

The hotel advertises itself as a luxury hotel. I have stayed in many luxury hotels and this wasn’t one of them.

Cons:

The staff were indifferent and not at all helpful. I had picked the hotel to celebrate a significant birthday and my daughter phoned the hotel to see if it was possible to arrange flowers for the bed room it was too much trouble for the hotel and they said it couldn’t be done.

Cons:

la stanza appena dipinta - considerata come un surplus per cliente - non si poteva respirare intanto solo arrivata tarda notte dal lavoro ,quindi non avevo voglia di fare nessun tipo di complain. Il cliente va avvisato che ci sono i work in progress. La colazione veramente basso livello e pure a pagamento. Dovrebbe essere offerta in quanto i disaggi creati. Ma so che non interessa a management.
