Masakra, klimatyzacja nie działała mimo wielokrotnych próśb personelu nikt z tym nic nie zrobił. Spaliśmy w 28 stopniach i stadem komarów. Jedzenie okropne za chore wysokie ceny. Ręczniki na basen płatne a woda zimna. Nie polecam

Beautiful surounds

Cons:

No attention to detail for so called a luxury 5* hotel but is not really one.

There were some issues and ask to talk to the director , The reception staff did not bother
And when I ask to talk to the director again and they ask for my telephone number at reception he did not even bother to get in touch with me
And they wanna call Themselves 5*
In sort they have no clue what is 5*

L'ambiente magico che riesce a creare la bellissima struttura, arricchita dal calore dello staff e dal gusto delle pietanze che il ristorante annesso offre!!

Cons:

Mi e' piaciuto il contesto esterno, ma si potrebbe , con l'aiuto degli amministratori locali, migliorarlo☺️

Pésimo el lugar y muy caro para lo que ofrecen

No mucho , y no es un 5 estrellas como promocionan

La atención , contrate una habitación doble superior con terraza y me enviaron a una que no tenía terraza en planta baja , luego de una protesta , me reubicaron en una de planta alta con balcón terraza a la calle de atrás del hotel / muy ruidosa / y que además estaba pegada a la sala de máquinas de los ascensores y no se podía dormir , me volvieron a cambiar de habitación , a una más pequeña y sin terraza en planta baja nuevamente una VERGÜENZA
