The bathroom needs a major upgrade! Tiles and grout were cracked and missing chunks in the floor. Sink was leaking in room under the drain-huge wet spot on the carpet. Not a warm and fuzzy room-wouldn’t stay again.
Proximity to the locations I needed to get to near Boulder, Longmont and Loveland. It was clean and staff helpful.
Nothing
WiFi was horrible
Fantastic attitude and location. They helped me with a business meeting with true efficiency, service, and a great attitude. Highly recommend
We did not get to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. We made our reservations 6 months in advance and were emailed even the day before our arrival to pre-register our stay. Note: we are silver-elite level Marriott patrons. When we arrivedto check in, the desk clerk rudely told us they had overbooked and we would have to go to Fairfield Inns down the road, where they transferred our reservation. He did not care that the reservations were made 6 months prior, just showed us on his computer screen where the location of Fairfield was and dismissed us like we were 5 day old bad meat. Disgusting attitude and we will never select Marriott again.
Fairfield Inn & Suites however, was kind, accommodating, with a good brakfast and professional staff.
I didn’t like the housekeeping when it came to cleaning the room. Asked twice forgot me twice. Other then that ok
Great location to Hwy, comfortable, nice balcony, friendly!
For a couple days I was kindly given coffee when I came in the lobby. On the 3rd day they insisted I pay $4 for a cup. I kindly asked for another no frills cup of coffee that escalated into an unprofessional shouting match with the manager on duty. When I asked for upper management she said she was the manager, so then I asked for a regional or company wide manager and she stated again she was the manager. Hot tub also didn’t work. Bed sheets looked like they were not washed. Bugs crawling around in the shower. This place is a dump with no coffee available. Even the lowest rated hotels offer complimentary coffee. This place reflects everything that is wrong with corporate hotel chains. There’s no accountability and terrible customer service. Do not stay here it is the worst I have ever seen.
Property was beautiful only thing I did not get what I paid for. I did not get sofa with bed roll on shower did not have a seat Mom couldn’t shower. Our coffee maker was incomplete so we couldn’t make coffee. We had to go to convenience store to get a coffee nice place just didn’t get what we wanted. What was paid for
Staff super friendly
The rooms and the property are decent, but once you start looking for amenities, you will come up short. Their coffee shop doesn’t regularly open on time, and on the weekends it doesn’t open until 7 PM. Which if you are in the area visiting and want to beat the heat, You already want to be out the door to get your day started. There were coffee pots in the room, but they are some weird configuration that looks broken so you end up at the front desk before you’ve had your coffee being schooled how to use their coffee makers. But then there aren’t enough packs of sugar and creamer in the room for more than one person. Before warrant and bring your own coffee before you arrive.
I ruined a shirt with their iron. It was my own fault for not being able to see the setting on the iron, but because the ironing board was missing a slider wheel and could not be opened up to stand, I had to rest it on the bed rather than putting it someplace that had decent light to see what I was doing. Speaking of light, there is no main light in the room. There are two little bedside lights, a little desk, light, and a light in the hall and bathroom. Nothing to actually illuminate the room.
I don’t know if they thought we were trying to steal from the little store, but after I decided what I wanted, the cashier was standing so close to me when I turned around I almost ran into her. It felt like we were being monitored.
I don’t know, maybe they get a lot of theft here, maybe they just don’t take a look at the quality of the materials in the room, but I won’t come back.
No coffee in the community area for breakfast. No breakfast.
The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were quiet, clean and layed out well. The only real bummer was that the hot tub did not work. The TV signal was poor because wind had blown the dish off track, but they remedied that after we reported it.
