Hotel Vacanzy Urban Boutique Adults Only

So vacanzy needs a good overall maintenance job .things falling apart, rusty parts stains on mattress protector one being blood ! So from the surface looks good but is desperate for really deep cleaning and maintenance so not value for money because of this .I hope they can improve these things as it is in a perfect location .

Jednym minusem pobytu był donośny dźwięk wyrzucanego szkła do śmietników , które znajdywały się zaledwie kilka metrów od naszych okien.Były to późne godziny nocne albo bardzo wczesne t.j 5 nad ranem,kiedy następował wywóz śmieci.Taka trefna lokalizacja hotelu.

Every evening late you can here the noise from people throwing garbage and emptying glass containers from business in the garbage containers in front of the hotel. On monday morning they come to empty the garbage containers around 6:30 and then short after a truck comes with a high persure cleaner ......a lot of noise

Había niños que accedían al hotel porque se sabrían el código y hacían peleas y gritaban dentro. El jacuzzi no tienes instrucciones de uso y había días que no funcionaba.

Noisy position..under my windows all day long(garbage recollection..glass etc)

Extrêmement bruyant car en dessus des poubelles à verre ou tous les bars du coin vont vider leurs ordures entre 2 et 4 heures du matin puis le camion vient vider le container entre 5 et 6 heure du matin

Tout à l’air de tomber en ruine

Il y a une réception mais qui n’est JAMAIS occupée ! Il y a un numéro de contact où personne ne répond et un numéro d’urgence où …… personne ne répond !

L’appartement est rempli de moucherons jusque dans le frigo !!! Les draps sont tachés…

1. The hotel really needs some urgent maintenance. Especially the roof terrace (tiles, glass screens, jacuzzi) is outdated and badly maintained and er not in line with the pictures.
2. Additionally I asked for a quiet room, but half of the rooms are located at the street side where you have under your window a glass container. This glass container is used at all hours of the day and in the middle of the night (between 4 and 5 at night) it is getting emptied by the city workers. Not allowing me to have a good night rest during my holiday.

La limpieza. La tv, los cuatro canales que se veian se pixelaban.

Deutsches Fernsehen fehlt, keine zusätzlichen Decken im Schlafzimmer da in dieser Jahreszeit noch kalt keine Aufklärung über Whirlpool abstellen unnützer Stromverbrauch

Nothing it was lovely

Fast alles. Am Bad angefangen, die Handdusche war überhaupt nicht brauchbar, es kam mehr Wasser aus dem Schlauch als aus dem Duschkopf, der Toilettensitz war lose, die Toilettebrüste viel beim Benutzen fast auseinander, die Tür war unten komplett kaputt.
Der Kühlschrank viel beim Öffnen fast jedesmal aus der Halterung, und taute einmal am Tag ab.
Die Umrandung vom Fernseher war abgebröselt und verkratzt.
Der Vorhang war verlöchert.
Als ich um eine zusätzliche Decke bat, bekam ich die zwar, aber sie war nicht bezogen.
Die Dachterrasse war unmöglich zu benutzen, die Polster kaputt, die Holzbalken durchgemodert, der Wirlpool die Größe einer Duschwanne, und die Glasumrand teils gerissen und Absturzgefähret.
Eigentlich sollte man sein Geld von Booking wiederbekommen, da auch direkt gegenüber vom Hotel Müll- und Glaskontäner standen, die jede Nacht, respektieve morgens um halb sechs mit einem Höllenlärm geleert wurden. Alles in allem ein absoluter Reinfall, und ich bin wirklich nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, was Hotels angeht.
