Courtyard by Marriott Boulder Broomfield

It was a alright hotel for the price. The air conditioning works but not as quickly and effectively as wished. I have to sleep in very cold environments if I have heavy blankets on. And I put the air conditioning on before I went to sleep and it wasn’t cold till the morning and I put it to the lowest setting it went to. But I went out all day and started the air conditioning when I left and when I got back it was cold. So it works it just takes hours to warm up. Everything else was good/ok overall cleanliness was not terrible. There was hair in the bathroom all over the bottles and faucet. Hair in the beds as well. No room service the entire time I was here and I booked 3 days. But the view was nice and it’s not too loud unless there’s someone outside your door.

The location was perfectly situated for where I needed to be based so that I could walk to the office, as well as being only a 15 minute drive to Boulder. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and cosy. The room and facilities were all clean and lots of towels were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer and iron were all in the room. There was a small coffee maker, along with a fridge which was handy. The gym offers a good amount of free weights which is great. There is loads of parking outside if you are renting a car for your trip. Also really handy having a small snack bar in the front where you can buy water and other small items.

Location; pool ; lounge area

Room was very tight but furnishings were nice. No food included unless upgraded. Cafe there to purchase food as an option. Pool housed swim lessons , which isn’t bad, but just awkward when we went to swim. Having that posted would have been nice, just to plan to swim at a different time. Overall building space was clean and nice.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this hotel. I made a reservation, but the night before my arrival I had an unexpected family emergency. Because of that, I wasn't able to provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice. I was even happy to reschedule my reservation, but they said no. While I fully understand that policies exist for a reason, I was hoping for at least a bit of understanding and compassion given the circumstances. Emergencies aren't planned, and it would have meant a lot (and provided them with a repeat customer) if the staff had shown some flexibility or basic empathy. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I HIGHLY suggest not booking here, the staff are robots and have no compassion for their customers.

Clean, nice staff and easy location.

Room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Also, final price of Hotel room was much higher than what I booked through Expedia.

Stayed at the hotel just passing through the town. Was everything I could have imagined great price everything far exceeded my expectations. I will be using this hotel again next time I'm in the area

Excellent stay. Clean, queit and got some good dining options around. Staff are helpful and friendly
