good price with a nice rest room

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Beds and pillows were comfortable. HOWEVER, Major Electrical Problems: ceiling light turned off without warning, had to be switched on over and over; very loud bathroom fan (motion-sensor?) would not stay off; light between beds would not go on. Large refrigerator seems pointless, no ice trays, no dishcloth or dishtowels, no utensils or pans. Toilet seat (standard size) did not fit elongated bowl; need extra grab bar in shower. No ADA accommodations - my sister and I are both over 80 years old.

Terrible exterior condition. It looks deserted. In process of being remodeled. I suggest that they paint exterior and start landscaping before finishing the remodeling of all rooms. The interior of room was nice but there was no closet. Kitchenette didn’t have plates, utensils or pans.

Remodeled rooms are great. Only problem was ice machine was broken. Not good in 104 degree weather.

The staff was very friendly. The place had a just run down. The curtains were sheets with pins. I found a dead bug on the floor. The room set up made it hard to get out of bed on one side.

The property has potential and the current condition is a work in progress. Again, it would have been nice to. Be aware of the remodel. No television after a long drive is VERY disappointing. No discount for the inconvenience of no television was offered.

Staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. While the outside is dated and looks a bit rough, the room was newly remodeled and amazing. My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was minimal with just some apples and muffins to grab.

The property was in very dilapidated conditions. The building had patches where doors and windows used to be and boarded up cut outs on the drywall in the front office. The eating are was very dated. The curtain rod in the shower was broken on one end and there was mold in the shower. There was a HUGE spider in my room right by my shoe and the TV went out on the second night of my stay. Not worth the cost per night. The staff was friendly and helpful, though, when I had to switch rooms because of the TV.

The room and accomodations were very nice. Comfortable bed, clean linens, recently remodeled, large-screen TV, good AC, very nice bathroom and excellent shower with quick hot water.
The exterior of the building and grounds were very shabby and dirty, the pool was closed by the department of health and the breakfast selection was very poor. Lots of cats everywhere...

Excellent staff

I prepaid for the room. Upon arrival, I was told that the computer was down and I couldn't check-in. With no-refunds, I couldn't go elsewhere, so I was told I needed to wait (almost an hour) before I might be able to check in. Unacceptable! The room was fine - but I can't believe you don't have a manual process!

Decided to give this place a try for 3 days. I initially had booked a king bed, but upon arrival, I was told it was no longer available, so I was sent to a 2 queen bedroom. I was very tired when I arrived to my room that night, but let the receptionist know that my room was not ready and needed cleaning. I told her it was ok to clean the next morning while I was out for the day. When I came back, there was still food on the ground from the previous guests, food crumbs in some drawers, muddy floor, dirty toilet (seems like it was only wiped where visible, the base was muddy and the other side of the toilet next to the shower was filthy). Curtains were literally stapled on to the wall which were actually stained white bedsheets. Do not recommend if you really expect a clean place to stay.

We stayed in a clean, remodeled room. It had everything needed for a traveler’s overnight stay. As another reviewer commented, there were several cats on the grounds, but they didn’t make any noise. The only drawback was the noisy and bright automatic fan/light in the bathroom that turned on every time approached. We would’ve liked to be able to override it so it didn’t turn on when we got up in the middle of the night.

Sadly this was a terrible stay. The property looks Like it’s falling apart- the curtains are stapled to the wall and one had come off so they needed to change our room, the chain lock had been destroyed, the exterior smelled like piss and had a ton of stray cats and garbage everywhere on the parking perimeter. Multiple spiders inside the place and felt like a disaster. The staff were helpful but it just feels like no one cares about the property and def regret my stay.

The surrounding is not good and smells like pea but I think it’s out of their control. I was very pleased with the room, clean, spacious, had heating, hot water, microwave, fridge and even a stove. Overall I recommend and would stay again.

Convenient for over night stay, and still under renovation

Got to Motel to check-in and was informed they had no hot water in any room (I guess informing a guest before they get there is to much of a hassle for them), but we could stay if we wanted to, but they couldn't discount the price of the room. Didn't stay!!

The renovated room were nice obviously its not finished around the hotel it needs a big cleaning,

I feel I was misled. Though the rooms had been remodeled, the rest of the property was dirty and shabby. It also felt unsafe. A woman at the pool sat in the only chair available. It broke and her arm was cut. I decided not to stay there and that took over an hour to get setted between the property and Expedia. They should not even have this prperty open in it's current condition.
