Perfect if you are going to the convention center.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Room was a decent size. Very close to where I needed to be for work every morning.

Cons:

The elevators broke on several occasions. This would be fine if there were easily accessible stairs.

Beautiful, clean and kind personnel
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel. Everyone was very kind. When asked for certain accommodations, they were taken care of right away. We even received a follow up phone call to make sure our needs had been met.

Cons:

We had 2 handicapped people in a wheelchair. I was hoping for a walk in shower without the tub. The non slip on the tub was old and unfortunately did not have a good grip, My Dad ended up slipping and falling while in the shower.

Chegamos e nao achavam a nossa reserva. Ai nos deram um quarto de PCD quenao tinha pia, o chuveiro estava quebado e as camas nao eram queens..pessimos todos e a gerente Haley foi antipatica e falou que o booking que errou o colocar meu sobrenome como CGirao e nao somente girao - por favor nao recomedem mais esse hotel. Estou bem decepcionada com vcs...shame on yoy

great place if visiting LVCC
Pros:

LVCCの特にCentralやNorthに行くならさくっと行けます。
展示会に手ぶらで行って、必要に応じてホテルの部屋に戻ることができます。
スタッフは親切です。
朝食も美味しいです。
風呂の水圧も強いので風呂もすぐ溜まります。

Cons:

洗濯物を出したのですが、１９時までに戻ってくるということだったものの、戻ってこず。
２３時頃自分で受付に取りに行ったら、受付の方が探してきてくれました。
が、ズボンが一本ないことに気が付き、いまだに出てきておりません。見つかったら家まで送ってくれるということですがどうなることやら。洗濯を出す方をお気をつけください。

お湯を沸かすポットはなく、コーヒーメーカーがあります。お湯が欲しい方はコーヒーメーカーで頑張ってお湯を作る必要があります。スプーンもないので、部屋でインスタント食品を食べたい人はお気を付けください。私はマドラー２本を箸のように使って食べました。

Relaxed, comfortable, clean and much more.
Pros:

the cleanes, how nice people working there were, having the opportunity to go to gym, pool, the restaurant and much more… thank you for the comfortable rooms. Overall it was amazing, definitely coming back

Family feast
Pros:

Went to Zios restaurant in the lobby with my granddaughter and family. The service by Joshua and Nancy was terrific!
The food prepared by chef Chris was exquisite and delicious. My family had a wonderful dining experience.

Cons:

Na reserva constava com café da manhã incluído. Porém. Eles deram um voucher de 50$ pelo quarto para 3 pessoas. Sendo que o café no restaurante ficava em torno de 35$ por pessoa. Ou seja. Em 3 = 100$. Paguei 50$ todos os dias a mais.

They need working elevators
Pros:

The desk staff was nice, but the hotel had maintenance issues. First, they have two working elevators for about 500 rooms. We were on the 6th floor so we would walk down the stairs to exit, but had to wait to go up. The people on the 15th floor probably didn't have that option. The rooms were clean and very adequate. We were there four days and one day they did not clean the room. Overall will probably not stay there again. Too many good options.
