Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Even at stressful situations, they kept their poise and tried their best to meer our needs.
Our toilet was clogged right away, but thankfully the hotel stadd fixed it very quickly. I'm not sure how old the hotel, but I'm sure the facilities have seen better days.

Location
Upon checkin rooms had only 1 pillow. No bath mat for the cr. Called front desk at check in to request pillows. Pillows never arrived took 4 phone calls to get a pillow. Staff not friendly and rude. Breakfast subpar and very small portions.
The location is good, not beachfront but walking distance. With pool so it's a plus. Room's not cramped, bed was comfortable. Lobby is spacious. With improvement on their service, the hotel will be great.
Service needs improvement, the staffs need basic hospitality training. The toilets has smell, even the common restroom near the pool smelled bad. Restaurant closed.
RESORT.
The resort is not beach front, but short walking distance to the beach. Lobby is spacious as well. It has a pool too, which is a plus. The pool side restroom smelled bad, but looks clean naman, so maybe its from their sewer?
RESTAURANT.
No idea. It's closed, we asked FD what time it will be opened, "Pag nagka available na staff". 😅 But the plated breakfast was served there.
ROOM/S.
We booked several rooms there, one has leak in the bathroom. Again, it was raised sa FD and she answered "ano pong gagawin?". She really did hit a button there, na-highblood ang SRs namin. 😅
The double room where we stayed is okay, not cramped. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, as well. But the cr has smell. 🤢
SERVICE.
They need basic hospitality training. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unwelcoming front desk officer. She was busy selling chichiria. 😅 Every request have to be followed up, from simple housekeeping (which by the way is upon request daw pala) to request for an extra floor mat, repairs sa leaking cr. Sa staffs naman, parang takot sila sa guests, d naman kami nangangagat. 🤣 They avoid eye contact kahit face to face na kayo. Room service experience was magulo din. They didn't informed us that our order was unavailable, we had to follow up again, and that's when we found out that we're waiting for nothing. And when we called again to change our order since it's not available, another staff said it was available. The confusion! 😅 But I think they're doing their best naman. 😊
VERDICT.
Location wise, it's good. Besides the odor, it's clean. The pool is a plus. With a proper hospitality training, this hotel will be great.
The place was not clean, lots of cockroaches. The electricity did not work properly, so we could not charge our phone. And breakfast was not a buffet as was told.
The location was nice, but in total to expensive for what you get.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to change rooms when I didn't have hot water. The location, close to White Beach, was good. The pool was very good, though it didn't open until 9am.
There was no cleaning service to rooms. The wifi was intermittent and the power shut down several times. The air conditioner was set too cold, was a bit noisy and blew directly onto the sleeper.
While the property itself was good, the service and staff were disappointing and lacked friendliness.
The issue was primarily with the unwelcoming attitude of the front desk staff.

The towel has a stain, the cabinet was broken,the shower pressure was weak, and only soap and toilet tissue ,broken tv remote control, limited WiFi, the breakfast poor, some of the staff was not nice .don't expect a view in the beach shore. They dontuave that
Breakfast was very basic and the portion is not enough to fill a hungry tummy. Location is okay.
The standard bed is too small for two people. Several centimeters more could have made a difference. The room was not very clean particularly the bathroom with its broken wash basin. And the most annoying part was the crawling cockroaches. I wonder if they do pest control in this property.
This is one of the best hotels to stay when on White Beach Puerto Galera. Not only is the location super close, but you even get bonus facilities, like a swimming pool, which other hotels don't have. The staff is also welcoming and friendly.
Wish there was a bit more variety in the included breakfasts.
