Pequeno almoço e localização
um hotel de 4 estrelas que anuncia no site, SPA, piscina interior, etc e realmente não tem, é publicidade enganosa, mas cobrou igual como se estivessem disponíveis esses serviços. Além do mais tambem não tem restaurante mas sim um mini bar com serviço de restaurante. Anunciar o que não existe, não é honesto.

Poca iluminación en la habitación
La atención en recepción en todo momento ha sido fabulosa, los detalles de la habitación para nuestra bebé con su cuna y una bañerita pequeña nos gusto mucho.
También tuvieron un detalle por el cumpleaños de mi marido que era ese día. El desayuno muy bueno.
Reservamos una suite donde íbamos también con nuestro bebe de 4 meses, la limpieza de la habitación no estaba mal pero el baño en si dejaba mucho que desear sobre la limpieza. A las 3:00 h de la madrugada escuchamos mucho agua en el baño y nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cayendo agua del techo, de los focos del techo siendo muy peligroso, el agua nos mojo todas nuestros enseres de baño y tuvimos que poner nuestras toallas para secar todo el suelo. En ese momento no llamamos a recepción por no despertar y molestar a nuestra bebe, pero si lo hicimos a la mañana siguiente, vinieron a revisar lo ocurrido y la única respuesta fue lo sentimos por las molestias. Tenemos videos de como caía el agua. Creo que podían habernos recompensado en algo ya que la habitación tiene un precio alto.

Las camas son muy cómodas y el personal muy amable el servicio de desayunos también y la zona de piscina
El hotel en sí estaba limpio y olía muy bien pero mi habitación tenía bastante polvo y en el baño salía agua del suelo
L’emplacement. L’hôtel est très bien situé proche du centre.
L'isolation est très mauvaise. On entend le bruit des autres chambres notamment quand les voisins des autres chambres se douchent ou bien parlent. Concernant le lit, nous avions demandé un King size au lieu de ça nous avons eu deux lits collés et qui bougeaient. Le mobilier est en mauvaise état. La télé est ancienne, impossible d'accéder à netflix ou autres. Le parking est payant ce qui n'est pas précisé sur booking.
