La migliore accoglienza che ricordi!
Pros:

Apparentemente e' un alberghetto di periferia senza troppe pretese, la cui principale caratteristica e' di avere un ottimo rapporto qualita' / prezzo per la vicinanza a Colonia (dove i prezzi sono elevatissimi). E difatti, a 5 min a piedi c'e' la stazione di Horrem/Kerpen dove ogni 10/20 min passa un treno (S12, S19 per esempio) diretto alla Hauptbahnhof di Colonia, tragitto totale 20-30 minuti. Comunque e' presente un comodissimo parcheggio privato e gratuito. Ma poi ti accorgi che il vero tesoro e' la signora Carolin, persona di grande efficienza e di enorme cordialita', attenta alle richieste, alle problematiche, prodiga di consigli e di aiuti. Lei ha reso davvero eccellente il nostro soggiorno; senza dimenticare il personale a sua volta attento e premuroso, le colazioni fantastiche, le stanze confortevoli. Lo consiglio di tutto cuore!

Se proprio devo trovare il cavillo, un rinnovamento dei bagni (rubinetteria e illuminazione) sarebbe auspicabile. L'eta' della struttura (quattro generazioni della famiglia di proprietari!) comincia a farsi sentire qua e la'.
