Lovely relaxed vibe, clean rooms and great staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean, calm and had everything we needed. Pool was lovely, restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

It would have been much easier if the two rooms we had booked had been closer together as requested.

Cómodo para unos días en Avignon

Limpio y cómodo. La piscina agradable para el verano. Tienen parking gratis. El desayuno muy completo y bueno.

Me pidieron los datos de mi tarjeta un día antes de llegar, diciendo que si no los enviaba cancelarían mi reserva. Lo comenté con atención al cliente y me dijeron que efectivamente no podían pedirme estos datos antes de llegar. Fue un poco agobiante pensar que podían cancelarme la reserva un día antes y les comuniqué que son prácticas ilegales.

Personnel agréable, emplacement pratique, parking sécurisé, petit déjeuner avec pas mal de choix

Cons:

L'hôtel est récent mais manque d'entretien. Traces d'algues dans la piscine qui s'enlèvent en les touchant du doigt, c'est simplement une négligence, l'eau du pédiluve pas propre,

Ménage correct mais sans plus, il y a des traces sur les montants qui entourent le lit...

La housse sous le drap housse en plastique est très désagréable. Les matelas sont très mous donc si vous êtes sujets a des maux de dos c'est compliqué !
