Excellent hotel if you want or need to stay close to the Avignon TGV station!
Pros:

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a large suite with a balcony. The included breakfast was amazing! Overall, we were very impressed with how nice and clean this hotel was.

Cons:

There was really nothing that we didn't like. This is an excellent hotel for anyone wanting or needing to be close to the Avignon TGV station, which is only a 10 minute walk away. We would stay here again.

Не работал холодильник, одна большая кровать это по факту две соединенные между собой односпальные кровати и ночью , я чуть не провалился когда они разъехались) румсервис как по мне не обоснованно дорог, еда была посредственная. Басейн ночью не работает, это значит если вы приезжаете поздно чтоб переночевать и с утра рано утром уехать на поезде, то не спа не бассейн вам не будут доступны.

Great hotel in Avignon
Pros:

The pool area was great to chill and swim in as the pool itself is quite large and deep.
The restaurant on site is really good - it exceeded my expectations with its taste. Plus, it has a kids’ menu.
The hotel in general feels new. The parking lot is not big, but we had enough space for their average occupancy.

Cons:

The breakfast was bare bones.

Las instalaciones y que está todo muy nuevo

Cons:

La verdad que me gustó todo. Para desplazarse al centro de avignon hay que coger el coche o el bus pero no tuvimos problema para aparcar en los parkings de avignon, hay uno gratis que nos dijeron en el hotel y si no en los que eran del ayuntamiento habia una tarifa de 2€ de 19h a 1h

The hotel wants to be upscale but it presents as mid-level. No bellmen or women. No sandwiches or basic dishes on the menu. The bed was comfortable but the tv channels did work. There were Asian, German, and French channels that played but not English channel..

Great location with ideal secure parking facilities
Pros:

After a long journey the swimming pool was a welcome sight and the hotel was very relaxing, enjoyed a bottle of wine on the terrace and a nice meal later in the evening its a 15min car journey from the historic centre so ideal location without the noise of the town
Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Cons:

Pool and terrace... with chilled music in the background..
