Please note that the swimming pool is available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 21:00. The pool towels are available in the reception.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Quarto amplo

Cons:

Tinha um coco grudado no vaso que deu a sensação que não limpam. O funcionário da recepção estava desleixado com cheiro forte. O manobrista não manobra o carro. Hotel com muitas falhas de manutenção, pia entupida.

Boa experiência, mas com pontos a melhorar.

De modo geral a acomodação é boa, estava limpa e organizada.

Cons:

O chuveiro deixou muito a desejar. Jatos espaçados e ao abrir o box molhava tudo ao redor. Eu que estava com criança, acabou dificultando bastante o manuseio. Além disso, reservamos o quarto para 3 pessoas e forneceram somente 2 toalhas. Em relação ao café da manhã achei desorganizado, não seguia uma linha lógica na disposição das comidas, e a reposição era bem demorada.

O quarto achei bem ruim, o secador de cabelo do banheiro estava quebrado e engoliu cabelo da minha esposa tivemos que cortar o cabelo dela

Descaso com o hóspede, boiller estragou no final de semana e não contrataram ajuda.

Cama confortável e quarto amplo.

Cons:

Chuveiro não funcionou por um dia inteiro, tivemos que tomar banho frio, boiller deu problema e por ser final de semana não fizeram nada a respeito. Totalmente desrespeitoso o hóspede ter que tomar banho frio!

Pros:

Localização boa (poucos metros de um shopping), porém, como a cidade é pequena, faz pouquíssima diferença.
Quarto bem limpo, apesar de antigo.

Cons:

Garagem paga. Chuveiro esquentava pouco.
Café da manhã bastante fraco (muitas opções, mas qualidade questionável).
