According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Para mim tudo está ótimo
Quartos bem higienizados, café da manhã bom.
O quarto não possui nenhum tipo de proteção contra barulhos externos e do lado do hotel tem um bar com música ao vivo que fica aberto até 2h da madrugada. Eu liguei na recepção para reclamar, mas o atendente disse que não tinha o que ser feito.
Há também um vão estreito no meio do prédio, que dá para a janela do banheiro, por onde ecoam barulhos de todos os outros quartos. Durante a madrugada ouvimos um despertador que não parava de tocar.

Uma dica - luz branca não dá sensação de aconchego aos quartos, isso incomoda e parece que vc está dormindo em um escritório. Não há edredons o que tornaria o conforto das camas melhor. Estava muito frio e os quartos são bastante frios.

Quarto barulhento, janela não fechou. Entrou frio e barulho da rua. A torneira de água fria do box estava travada. Não consegui misturar as águas e tomei banho muito quente.
