It was gross. The location was ideal though.
Pros:

The hotel was dirty. There was sand, hair and dirty socks from the last customers. The staff wasn't accommodating and the elevator was slow and dirty.

The pool was gross, the shower was gross, dirty socks and the bed was sandy

Was the worst experience ever and nothing got handled when brought to there attention

The property smelled like urine outside and in the stair well the bathroom had mold all in it the floors where almost black I got woke up at 3 in the morning to someone bumping music until 7 in the morning when morning shift got there to tell them to turn it down the night staff I even brought her outside to hear it and all she could say was sorry I recommended not bringing children to this establishment not clean nor kid friendly environment

It was nice but not nice.
Pros:

I liked the jazzuci ,living room,dining room and bedroom space. It was spacey.

Cons:

I didn't like that the balcony was closed in and dirty. The closet door was broken. The toilet didn't flush probably. No cooking supplies or silverware.

We couldn't stay there we got a refund and stayed 2 hotels down, and it was amazing there.
Cons:

As soon as we got on the elevator the floor was bowing. Got off on our floor and the opened ended hallways smelled like pee, walked down the hallway to our room and opened the door and again smelled like pee. There was dirt, hair and random bandaid on the floor in the corners. The couch and all surfaces were sticky. Also a very strange smell in the room.

Not worth the cost, send a little more at another hotel.
Pros:

The location was good. The parking convenient to store beach chairs so you do not have to bring them to your room. Other than that the shower pressure and ac were good.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we moved in. I had to manually wash the floors with Clorox wipes from my car. They did have clean towels and sheets. The sliding glass door was disgusting.

Pros:

While staying at the Aquarius, I really enjoyed the view it has to offer. The staff was really nice, they answered when I would call the lobby for any additional information and services I needed always being so polite. All around great service

To begin: the staff! Terrible customer service.
Proper: room with kitchenette doesn’t come with anything, fridge so small like regular hotel room without kitchen not enough space for your groceries, bathroom so narrow and no bathroom essentials! No toilet paper! Elevator so old and only one, takes long for you to get around, hair dryer doesn’t work not sure if they kept it as a display only! lol also nowhere to put trash. People piled up trash next to the stairs 😑

Disappointing
Pros:

The price.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. If I were a bigger person I would have been very very cramped. The toilet is way to close to the bathtub, The clean were not sweep and the safe stopped working our first day there. The bedroom remote did not work.
