It was absolutely dirty. I had to buy cleaning products and wipe down all the surfaces. The floors were caked in filth . My white socks turned black when I took my shoes off and walked in the room. There was no hot water in the first room they gave me. Woman at the desk said it would take 15 minutes for hot water to come to the room and I have to wait. I said that was unacceptable and she switching to the room across the hall and the water was better. The room was not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived as there were grime and scuff marks on the walls, door knobs, tv remote was dirty.. The linens were not crisp.
When I asked for more towels on the second day, the person at the desk said for me to bring my towels down, and she would give me more towels. I have never been at a hotel where I have to have Self service. I will never stay here again.

It was decent but I will be booking another hotel next time I go back to the beach.
Pros:

The distance from the beach was great.

Cons:

The ac didn’t blow out heat. The beds had sand in it. The bathroom was way too small. The person in the room next to me was smoking marijuana when it was a no smoking policy here. Only 1 elevator which was way too small as well.

I liked the view of the beach.

Cons:

The bathroom is way too small and it is right next to a bed. It wasn’t very spacious for a suite. They don’t clean well. There was hair all on the shower wall.

Pros:

The room was huge. The seclusion on the 8th floor was nice. There were only 4 suites on that floor.

Cons:

It was outdated and needs some renovations. There were no pots or pans or anything to use in the full kitchen. Also the balcony is fully enclosed with a window to open. It needs a deep clean it wasn't dirty just not clean clean. I brought my own bleach cleaner to clean before using the hot tub. Rates should be lower but its the area you are actually paying for.

No breakfast.only burnt coffee and juice

Cons:

There was only 1 employee at checkin . She was trying her best was overwhelmed with customers. Parking is awkward. Only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. The place was absolutely filthy and In Disrepair. Cracked tiles in the bathroom.dirty floors. Black edges under everything and musty/moldy smell. The pool was closed but the website didn't mention that. No breakfast available
