Pros:

The hotel is a good price for the location. The kitchette and the bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The elevator seemed run down. There were several stairs that needed repaired. The floors have lost their finish and are sticky in places. The pull out sofa bed was the worst! Ours was literally broken (had a broken bar underneath) and the mattress was so thin that it felt like there was only a blanket between myself and the metal. The listing shows a picture of coin laundry that doesn't exist.

FILTHY. I mean absolutely disgusting. Floors were never cleaned, covered in black silt and sand. Beer caps in the couches. Used sheets on the pull out couch. Freezer full of water and leaking. Bath tub full of hair. Smelled like urine on the balcony.

Cons:

Well needs to be clean, the blankets, the floor, the bathroom, the sink should drain the water faster, coffee maker should be working and clean.

Todo muy bien a excepción del sofá cama!!

Estaba frente al 🌊 mar!! Y el personal amable.

Eramos 5 personas adultas mi mamá estaba supuesta a dormir enl el sofá cama,pero no fue posible el colchón estaba en muy mal estado mi esposo y yo dormimos ahí pero los resortes se me clavaban en la espalda ,fue una pésima experiencia, creo que eso si deben mejorar.

Pros:

The location was absolutely wonderful. The ocean view was awesome.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom had to clean toilet and tub before using. Water was seeping in through the floor from air conditioner. We had to step in water to get to our room. Water also from air conditioner. Couch was also dirty. Televisions were not clear . I think it's time for some serious renovations. Including serious cleaning and painting.
