Aquarius Oceanfront Hotel

Rooms in n desperate need of upgrade furniture was worn and not comfortable. Bathroom was very tiny and not clean no soap. But did have full size shampoo on the wall. Coffee pot didn't have the glass pot to make coffee. Elevator is a bit scary also didn't see the maintenance log certificate on it staff would not let you check in any earlier than 4pm which is very late

To make the long story short. We didnt stay entirely 2 days. Checked around 12:30am after midnight from an event we went to nearby the hotel. We reserved for 2 nights over the weekend so thst we will be refreshed by Monday. I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there if you want to be comfortable and have a good night sleep.
Booking.com needs to reconsider doing a investigation on this property.
Under no circumstances should customers be required to remain in a hotel room without heat. The property failed to meet its legal obligation to provide a safe, habitable, and comfortable environment for guests. With temperatures below 30° on an oceanfront property, the lack of heat posed a direct risk to customer health and wellbeing.
This failure constitutes a breach of the property’s duty of care and justifies immediate cancellation without penalty.
Didnt stay the 2nd night checked out hours later. Now requesting refund!! Absolutely deplorable!!

Room pillows lack of hot water we left a day early if that tells you anything

when we walked in the room was freezing, the jacuzzi tub was dirty, the windows were dirty inside and out, the bathroom vanity was damaged, and the shower was filthy.

Room old and outdated. Elevator slow.

La habitación estaba sucia, la regadera estaba tapada pero lo solucionaron pronto., en las tres noches que estuvimos no nos llegaron a limpiar más que a cambiar las toallas. Se me olvidó tomar fotos.

the whole room was filthy bathroom to small and full of mold no dining table or chairs one couch for 5 people, the floor was not cleaned. we had to take our own garbage out . go to front desk for towels. staff was rude. we had to throw are socks away from the floor.i asked the front desk on our first night for chairs, he said thats all you get,and if you dont like it checkout. the desk chair was broken and outside chair broken. place wasw a pig pen with bugs and spiders everywhere. the place should be condemed.I deserve a refund and will be contacting other departments. mold under sink

Small elevator, room layout, bathroom layout, no breakfast

The sheets was real dirty. The pillows was nasty. Toilet had feces on it. Tube wasn't clean. Floor dirty. Need health department to come there. I will never go back there again. Need to shut it down.

Facility had bedbugs when we went to go and lay down.

The cleanliness of the room. The bedroom, the bathroom and the sitting room all needed better attending to. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. There was mold and the body wash dispenser was empty. In the bedroom, the nightstand clock was found on the floor behind the nightstand dirty and dusty. In the sitting room, the couch sagged.
