I Didn't have the breakfast.
.
Not a great stay. First the positive: The staff was exceptional. I would have given it two stars had it not been for the excellent staff member who checked us in late a night and the breakfast attendant. You could tell she took pride in her breakfast assortment and made sure all the guest were attended to.
Now the negative. The rooms were damp and smelled like mold. Keep in mind this is written by a mom who had 3 young kids and once we got all the items in the room late at night didnt wat to have to shuffle suitcases kids and such. (Plus it was the last room with the sofa bed.) The rate was pretty high with taxes we paid a little over 200 which is way overpriced for what we got.
The carpet felt damp and the sofa mattress was so thin. Even my 8 year old who can sleep on anything indicated it was a hard sleep for him.
The worst was we were given a pillow case that had blood on it. I just pulled it off the pillow…but still disgusting.
I think this is the perfect stay for someone that needs to sleep for a couple of hours in transit from one place to another but otherwise not really a place to stay over several nights.
Staff
The room above me was too noisy, kids jumping around and I have PTSD so I didn’t get any sleep.
Stopped for one night on our way north. Very friendly, helpful staff. Marriott says this property is newly renovated. All I could see was fresh paint and new bedding. Our room was clean but had a curious fragrance; we never figured out what it was, and went nose-blind after a while. Other than the bedding, the room was still old. The old AC unit kept the room comfortable but seemed to struggle to reduce humidity. Everything else in the room worked as it should, but the electrical outlets on the nightstands need to be replaced, as they were very loose from many things being plugged into them. Breakfast was good, but could be better with the addition of fresh fruit. The “Bold” coffee was a little weak. This hotel shares parking with another property, so arriving after dark, as others mentioned, is confusing and hard to find a parking space. I would stay there again, but would go to the newer properties in the area if available.
I like to leave positive reviews more than negative reviews because I understand that most people only post when they are upset, and I always try to find something positive to say. However, this stay truly disappointed me.
Upon arriving after a long drive, I immediately used the restroom in my room and noticed two pubic hairs near the toilet area. I was honestly grossed out and took photos immediately. I then began noticing additional cleanliness concerns throughout the bathroom and room that made me uncomfortable.
To be fair, the housekeeping attendant I spoke with was extremely kind, apologetic, and accommodating. She immediately came to the room, got on her hands and knees, cleaned the bathroom thoroughly, and did everything she could to address my concerns. I appreciated her professionalism and kindness very much.
Unfortunately, even after that interaction, the overall condition of the room still felt dingy, outdated, and not up to the standard I normally associate with a Fairfield Inn by Marriott. The towels appeared wrinkled and poorly presented, and by the end of the night I simply did not feel comfortable or relaxed in the room.
This morning was the final disappointment when I discovered there was barely any shower gel left in the dispenser after already using it the evening before. At that point, it just became one issue too many regarding cleanliness and room preparation.
Again, I want to acknowledge the housekeeping employee who tried her best to correct the situation, because she was very respectful and helpful. My concern is more with the condition and quality control of the room overall. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the housekeeping inspection process moving forward. The towels and bed linen was yellowing and unacceptable! Health inspection needed!
The staff were amazing from check-in to check-out!
Newly renovated and clean.
Nicely appointed rooms, free breakfast, we will stay here again.
Friendliness I the staff.
When I got there..They didn't know about my reservation and had to startvthr whole process again..Makes me wonder what did Booking. Com do for me??

The staff was so awesome, friendly and kind.
Everything was great.
Location
Advertised as a king bed, definitely only a queen , pillows really uncomfortable!
Needed quick overnight during a road trip. Convenience off the highway was a plus. Parking was insufficient and there were people and stray cats wandering around. No one was at the front desk and about 5 parties were waiting to check in at 9pm. Thank goodness for mobile key, so we just headed to room. AC was barely functioning, sheets were stained and threadbare. Very dark room. Car alarms were going off at 1:30 am and then the dumpster was being emptied at 4:30 am. Bad night sleep. Thin walls. Very noisy. Not clean. Taking this one off of our list.
Location. Cleanliness
The room smelled
